Recently, I was presented with an engaging opportunity that necessitated a shift in my current life. As such, I had to part ways with Bruni Multimedia and pass on the rights of ownership for all games and their licenses to another entity. Although this decision wasn't easy for me to make, it has opened up many doors of potential success moving forward.
Dodonovels is the new entity which will own all of my games in the future. With the idea of rebranding in mind, I believe now is an ideal moment to create a new name and logo for my games.
Updates and patches for all the games have been delayed a lot for this reason, and I apologize for that. With confidence, I will now take the lead again and you can anticipate more releases and content to come shortly. This is even with a few collaborations from some of the people who responded positively to my request for help that I issued only weeks ago.
What is going to change for the games? Absolutely nothing, except that bug fixing and new content will be once more made available faster and sooner.
Does this mean you're no longer involved in the projects? No, I'm still very much involved. The same development and ideas are still at the wheel and will continue to provide support for each game as usual. Something will change especially in General Practitioner 2, and the game will receive more and more content.
Do you still need our help? Of course I do! Crowdfunding and early access is of fundamental importance for very small indie studios like Dodonovels, and the future success and release of the games depends on how well they're received and supported by the public. Without your help , it would be impossible to make all projects a reality.
Thank you for your trust and support during this transition period. It has been an amazing journey so far and I'm looking forward to what the future holds!
Sincerely,
Andrea
What happened to the game? It's now STAR ALLIANCE
Greetings fellow space officers!
Some of you might have noticed the game was utterly removed from the Steam Store due to a copyright complaint from another developer who apparently registered the name "Yomi" (which is a common japanese word) accusing me to gain notice by siding its name to theirs, which I wasn't aware at all existed.
I had to rename the game "STAR ALLIANCE" (which was the working title before its release) and the update I just released goes in that direction. I also opened an urgent ticket to Steam support in order to republish the game under the winter sales, since this damages me A LOT and puts me in a great trouble for the missing income for this top-selling game that's been published almost 3 years ago.
I apologize for any trouble this might have produced and I hope you'll be able to buy the game once again very soon!

Yomi Alliance 1.1.0 update
An update for Yomi Alliance has been released.
This update fixes the "neverending loop" some players experienced after week 17 in Academy, and it prevented to access the missions after it. It was very tricky to find the bug since it only happened if some choices were made during the game, causing an instruction over a few dozens to misbehave.
I thank you for your feedback and constant help you gave me to find this bug allowing me to fix it. If you encounter any other issue, please send me a mail to bugs[at]brunimultimedia.com, I always reply to your envaluable feedback.
Yomi Alliance 1.0.2
Fixed an issue which, in rare cases, caused the game to loop after the first away mission
PLEASE NOTE! It is HIGHLY recommended you start a new game since Early Access savegames are not compatible with the final release. If you load a previously saved game you might encounter issues during gameplay.
Fast Patch 1.0.1
General Bug Fixing
Fixed an issue where some videos returned a crash before playing
Fixed typos and dead ends throughout the game
Yomi Alliance is out of Early Access!
Greetings fellow space officers!
Today Yomi Alliance is out of Early Access after more than two years of development.
As I stated in my previous announcement, I regret having to postpone this game for such a long time and with partial voice-over. Unfortunately the COVID and heavy family issues prevented me to release it earlier and I had to cut a few features, which will hopefully be implemented in a future DLC.
The game, however, is complete, and so are the missions including the brand-new "Eye of God" featuring Alarei and the final confrontation with the Prophet and his followers, with a few surprises.
I hope you'll enjoy the game as I enjoyed developing it.
Does this mean we can't expect more updates in the future? No: Yomi Alliance will be updated with patches, bug fixes, new content and DLCs, both paid and free. Keep following the game's page and my website for future news!
Have fun with the game, and thank you for supporting it!

Yomi Alliance will leave Early Access this month!
Greetings fellow space officers.
First and foremost, Yomi Alliance is set to exit Early Access this month with the final missions and the conclusion of the main characters' tales.
This project has been particularly unlucky since it was scheduled for a full release in June 2021, including a comprehensive voice-over by many talented artists led by Star Trek veteran Manu Intiraymi who is still working with us on this project.
Despite this, Yomi emerged just as the Covid-19 pandemic was beginning, causing delays and a severe cash shortage that necessitated some cut features in order to bring the game out. I felt that the most essential aspect of a Visual Novel is the story, and I was behind schedule on that as well, owing to economic and financial challenges it had to overcome..
To make things worse, the disaster had a double edge: because of my previous work in other VNs and the general public following us, it was impossible to solely focus on Yomi release. The public following us appreciates General Practitioner and the other VNs as well, therefore I also had to develop something different at the same time.
However, I had to make tough calls regarding the game and it will not be in Early Access for a long time, so I was compelled to eliminate the voice-over program and only feature Manu Mkrell's portrait in select dialogues. This pains me far more than you can imagine, but after two years of severe financial strain, I had to choose between releasing the game or leaving it permanently in Alpha Early Access.
The in-game material will not be removed from the game's definitive version, except for voice overs: the tale will be concluded; numerous HD pictures and hours of gameplay will be included; bugs will be fixed, as well as new missions.
I would like to express my gratitude for your support, as it allowed me to pursue this project!
Thank you for continuing to support our games, I appreciate it very much. Thank you for keeping safe out there! Thank you for staying with us!
Yomi Alliance 0.0.26: The Eye of God
Greetings, fellow space officers!
It has been a long time coming, but I am finally ready to unveil the new content for Yomi Alliance. This update is packed with new features that will take the game to the next level. Players can look forward to an all-new sci-fi visual novel experience, complete with exciting quests and storylines! I cannot wait to see what you all think of it.
In this brand new mission, you have been ordered to Rilvupra IV, a colony that is revered by many different species. The planet is a destination of pilgrimage for people from many different civilizations, and the problem lies there. Because various religions consider the location holy, there are numerous conflicts due to the differences in their beliefs.
Tensions have recently grown worse. A more militant group of pilgrims has taken to violence, reasserting a new "Prophet" to guide them to Heaven, instead of the "False God" that is worshipped on Rilvupra.
You'll see that the world is actually a highly telepathic self-aware entity that has come to the conclusion that it must be "the god" the people worship and that an holy apocalypse might help to resolve its crisis of faith, even by destroying the Kressari who claims to be the genuine "Prophet," and the Nixanti believing in their own God, Alarei.
Can you persuade the entity that it isn't a god, even though it appears to match the description of one?
Can you prevent the galaxy from descending into all-out war? This is only the beginning of your journey.
With new areas to discover and tales to hear, Yomi Alliance 0.0.26 is getting closer and closer to its Beta. Get onboard and assist the team!
"The Eye of God" will be available in a few weeks! Keep following us!
Yomi Alliance 0.0.25 - Jouret Station
An update for Yomi Alliance is available for download!
WARNING It is recommended to start a new game in order to avoid crashes and/or unexpected behavior with previously saved games, since many things have been introduced/changed. I apologize for any discomfort with this but since the game it's Beta I had to make a lot of changes to make the game work properly and in a way that as many players as possible enjoy every story introduced.
After character selection you can choose to start a new game from the Academy OR go directly to play Jouret Station mission. The game will then give you the ability points needed for the mission: - 10 points each if you're playing Easy difficulty - 7 points each if you're playing Normal difficulty - 4 points each if you're playing Hard difficulty
Bug fixing
Lots of bug fixing throughout the game Many bugs will still be present. Please remind this Early Access is in its Alpha release.
Story
New interactions with Sulijan in her quarters
Added new dialogues after the Graduation Day
Added new story chapter featuring Serena after graduation day
Added new story chapter featuring Sulijan after graduation day
Added new story chapter featuring Aberoin after graduation day
New mission: "Jouret Station" The mission features different approaches for each different class, with the ability to form your own away team if you're the first officer, or choose the medical treatment to save a life, or to hack a computer terminal if you're an engineer and so on... We recommend you try different saved games to enjoy every possible path. You could die in the mission, resulting in a game over, or you could fail completely but survive, in which case the Captain won't be pleased at all.
Various
More than 200 images have been added to the game.
New HD videos have been added to the game
You can now choose to pursue your romance interest aboard the ship or not, with the option of leaving your partner
Mission "Jouret Station" is coming up!
Greetings space officers!
Another batch of preview images for the newest update of Yomi Alliance is being shipped today! The game will be heavily patched against bugs as well. I am also considering to review part of the choice system throughout the game, as I would like to matter more on the story and its endings.
This is something for the next announcements though, for now let's have a look of what's going to be going on in the near future!
Captain Marston's Log introduces the mission. Just a routine patrol
Sulijan will man the science station unless you chose the science career, in which case you will replace her on this screen and you will take an active role in scanning anomalies.
Update 0.24 introduces new characters and situations. Serena will be the first officer unless you chose the Command career
Improved lighting on images and more unique images will accompany you throughout the entire mission
The skills you mastered at the Academy will be useful for lots of tasks, which will determine how much you will understand of the story and a way to stop the Prophet (or fail to)
I can't wait to deliver you this update, its bug fixes and its brand new stories!
