About the Unreal Engine 5 Remastered
YONESAWARA HOSPITAL developed with Unreal Engine 4 has been ported to Unreal Engine 5. Graphics have been improved by supporting Unreal Engine 5's new features such as Lumen, Nanite, Virtual Shadow Map, and Temporal Super Resolution. In addition, various 3D assets have been reworked to create a more detailed look compared to Unreal Engine 4's YONESAWARA HOSPITAL.
How to Play Unreal Engine 5 Remastered
If you own YONESAWARA HOSPITAL, you can install the Unreal Engine 5 Remastered by selecting ue5remaster from the beta in the properties window. If you wish to revert to the previous Unreal Engine 4 version, select none.
