Bug Fixes:
Fixed a bug which made expanded worlds appear as unexpanded. If you ran into this, the fix will apply to your save game. If you spent Pagies on trying to expand and already expanded world, check your Pagie balance, you've been issued a Pagie refund!
Fixed an issue which made the health meter vanish when picking up the first health extender.
