Quick update on my new game Mayhem In Single Valley
I've been very busy developing my new game Mayhem In Single Valley . I can confirm the game has player stats, basic crafting, a quest manager, a proper save option, plus some J.J. Abrams-esque secret stuff I can't speak about right now : )

Glitch art trading cards now available!
I have designed a unique set of glitch art trading cards based on scenes and assets from the game. I have also created a humorous set of emoticons, backgrounds, and badges.

Due to the new refund system card drops won't happen until you've acquired over 2hrs playtime but you can leave the game in idle (maybe visit an art museum or a graveyard) if you have already completed it : )

A small update
Version 1.0.7
Fixed an audio glitch where the player could sometimes be heard walking after being teleported.
Fixed an intermittent glitch where the secret door remained invisible after opening.
Cleaned up some random pixel issues in the infinite graveyard (virtual groundskeeping).

I have read all the reviews (positive and negative - ouch!) so far. I thought I would share a list of improvements that I will be adding to the spiritual successor I am developing called Mayhem In Single Valley. First off, everything in the You Are Not A Banana was made by one person (me) and there were many limitations in terms of time, resources, and know-how, when making my first game. However, for Mayhem In Single Valley I am working with a small team. We have decided to build the new game from the ground up so we can incorporate the following improvements based on your comments regarding YNB.

  • A save option – as the game will be a lot longer and there will be lots more areas to explore/discover.
  • An inventory system (and hopefully some basic crafting).
  • Enemies and boss battles to keep you on your toes.
  • A faster pace with more moves and environmental interactions.
  • An in-depth story with a variety of weird and wonderful fleshed out characters.
  • Stats based combat and character progression.
  • A hint system for those trickier puzzles.
  • Lots of special level-up items, modes of transport, and mini games.
