General fixes.

- New "skull" as well as an area around it.
- Temporarily disabled the ability to restart the game via the pause menu top fix an crash related to Steam achievements.

Mostly bug fixes and general polish.

- New fast travel point
- Changed the way the infection path blockers work. They are solid walls and cant be dashed through.
- Reduced cost of paintings
- Builder key count is now displayed in the equipment menu
- Added a new charm in wormville, where the worms live.
- Sticky feet charm is now obtainable

- Every charm displayed in the equipment screen is now obtainable in-game.
