How to Fix Windows 10 Resolution Problem
The problem is on win 10 if the scaled on high dpi is activated.

- Go to the game setup in steam, click on the button to show the game files in its directory
- Right click on the exe and open the preferences and go to the compatibility tab.
- There is a field for "deactivate scale on high dpi", activate the field and it works fine.
