Astrologers proclaim week of Rock Odyssey. All Abyss Odyssey hub members have a chance to win key(s) for any of our released games of your choice. There will be 5 winners.
To be eligible for winning 1 key, you need to follow the Rock of Ages 2 community hub (click "follow" on the game's hub or store page). And if you also add Rock of Ages 2 to your wishlist in addition to joining the hub, you will get 2 keys of your choice. Make sure your Steam profile privacy is set to public.
The Rock Odyssey week ends next Monday, when the winners will be announced and a new special week will be proclaimed.

Steam Controller support for Abyss Odyssey
Hi everyone. We recently received our first Steam controllers from Valve, and we've immediately started adding support to some of our existing titles.
We've just uploaded Steam controller binding updates for Abyss Odyssey. Below is a screenshot of the game being played at the office using the controller.

Abyss Odyssey Patch v1.14 is out!
Fixes / improvements include:
Fixed cancel point inconsistencies between client and server.
Fixed grab mechanic so grabs can no longer sink characters in to the floor.
Improved Pincoya jellyfish chase attack. Jellyfish behaviors more useful and consistent. Tweaked jellyfish status materials so they are easier to read.
Fixed problems with players player dying in the void level.
Potentially fixed instances where the client was unable to stand up after getting knocked down.
Gryphon drops corresponding journal page.
Fixed networking issues on versus character selection screen.
Fixed potential save data issues.
Fixed versus match win / lose messages.
Versus fights can now unlock new characters after the match ends.
Versus character selection GUI tweaked.
New players automatically receive 5 random monster unlocks in the versus and campaign.
Added links to ACE Team's Official Game Group in the main menu.

Abyss Odyssey has been nominated in TotalBiscuit's 'Arbitrary Video Game Awards' in the 'Most Impressive Aesthetic' category.
We're extremely proud of this recognition, especially when the game is being weighed with other remarkable titles like 'The Vanishing of Ethan Carter' and 'Transistor' (winner).

Check here to stay up-to-date with the game's collective progression. The amount of damage on the seal represents the amount of progress the community has achieved in reaching the next phase. When the seal breaks completely new elements will be introduced in to the abyss.

Patch v1.10 is out
Fixes / improvements include:
Online PvP mode is out! Online versus supports two player matches. Players that create an online game can wait for clients while fighting AI random mateches.
Improved overall net code to reduce lag and better replicate combat systems.
Updated local versus mode to support teams and included the ability to select AI opponents.
Updated combat mechanics with numerous improvements:
-Ability to transform in between characters mid air or during combos. Transformation occurs faster but now requires using a cancel point.
-Improved turning mechanics. Smoother interpolations and character can change directions with no pauses.
-Recalibrated knockout weights to better support combos. Heavy enemies can now also fall into combos. Training dummy knockback is identical to all light characters.
-Improved character encroaching collision dynamics to avoid characters from intersecting during attacks.
-Fixed input bug related to throws.
-Minor calibration/tweaks specific to some characters.
Tweaked NPC parrying AI.
Fixed performance issue with AI path finding.
Polytrails for weapon special attacks use a brighter VFX.
Introduced a new tile in plant world.
Added 2 new achievements.
Introduced new elements which will unlock after the current seal is destroyed.
Since this update is rather significant compared with previous patches we expect some level of issues to arise (which should be addressed shortly after this release if any should exist).
