TGA X Steam Demo Q&A [Black Screen + Loading Issue Now Solved!]
Hi Mutationites! Thank you so much for checking us out during the TGA Steam Festival, and we hope you are enjoying our demo so far!
Below is a list of problems we collected from our players, and will be updated regularly, if you have a question regarding the demo, please please feel free to check this post, and also let us know if you have encountered any other bugs and problems, and we will work on them ASAP!
Q: Some players reported that the black screen appeared after the LOGO page appeared when the game was opened, which caused the problem that the game cannot be played.
A: We are sorry this happened! There will problems with the Demo that we didn't realize. For unexpected black screen + loading issue is now solved!
Anyone still encountering problems, please let us know and we will see what we can do to help! Apologies for the troubles, Cheers!
