For the testers...

- Fixed infinite XP loop from instructions.
- Added an achievement for completing the instructions.
- Fixed plenty of issues with getting achievements at the wrong time.
- Fixed crash with high score chart when there are no high scores and a direction is pressed.
- Added a setting to disable the menu background.
- Added a setting to reset game data.
- Added a way to restore default settings.
- Remade the method that the game loads the settings. It was one of the first methods made and I have improved methods now.
- Improved default settings from adding them yesterday.
- Fixed quality defaulting to low when the game loaded. Another glitched made yesterday.
