As you know we are listening to you and have been collecting your ideas, bug reports and most importantly, crashes. We have prioritized these into lists and our brilliant programmer Zeke is on the job.
Today and tonight he is working on the crash reports and will be uploading a patch later. It takes 12 hours for Steam to process these files, so the earliest we can have it for you is in the morning. Expect it no later than the early evening PST/Steam time.
On a personal note I want to thank you all for the time you took to write to us and providing your system information. Above that I want to thank you for your patience and understanding. I have seen a lot of releases as a customer and as a team member and I have never seen such a mature and polite group. Because of that we are working tirelessly around the clock. You deserve it and we are postponing our well deserved vacations until the game is in a better place. We've been at this for months working 18+ hours days. A couple more weeks won't kill us and hopefully we will prove our dedication to you and the people who are still on the fence about buying the game.
Finally, the name of the game is awareness. Low priced indies like us can't advertise. The only way to spread awareness is through word of mouth. We have a few great YouTube personalities promoting us but we need strong reviews and forum posts supporting our mission. Most of our reviews were positive, even the negative reviews had some nice things to say. I am grateful for the benefit of the doubt that you have given myself and the team.
We will not let you down.
Sincerely,
Jason "Most Wanted" Huskie
