I'm writing a quick post to let you know that my cute yuri VN, Clear Skye Thinking, has been released!
It's a wholesome slice of life story set on the Scottish Isle of Skye, which follows a lolita protagonist called Alice as she meets and falls in love with the cheerful tomboy Piper. You can check it out here:
The story takes place in Skye and shows off various tourist locations on the island (such as Dunscaith Castle and Neist Point lighthouse), while also developing the relationship between Alice and Piper.
It's a sweet, fairly short story which can probably be completed in around 3 hours by a fast reader. There's no mature content, and it's all quite light and fluffy. Tonally, I think it's rather similar to All the Words She Wrote or The Fairy's Song, if you want a reference point.
I hope you enjoy it if you do choose to check it out! ❤️
Cute yuri VN Clear Skye Thinking available to wishlist \o/
Hello everyone! \o/
I’m writing a quick announcement to let you know that the Steam store page for my upcoming slice of life yuri VN, Clear Skye Thinking, is now up!
Clear Skye Thinking is a cute all ages story about a young girl, Alice, who goes on holiday to the Scottish Isle of Skye with her father during the summer holidays.
While in Skye Alice meets the cheerful tomboy Piper, and they both go around the island examining the various tourist spots, from the ruins of Dunscaith Castle to the lush gardens at Armdale.
It’s a sweet, slow-paced story about exploration and adventure, and (with some luck) I’ll be able to release it within the next couple of months.
I'm writing a post to let you know that I've released a shiny new yuri VN on Steam, Fragile Feelings!
Fragile Feelings is a romance story about a shy young teacher and a gothic school nurse. It’s set in an isolated all-girls’ boarding school in the Japanese countryside and it has a relaxing, soothing atmosphere.
The story does contain some serious moments, but it's generally positive in tone. Out of all of my previously released yuri VNs, it's probably the most similar to Blackberry Honey, even if the setting is pretty different.
Ann and Kohaku have more than a few things in common with Lorina and Taohua, haha ;;
If you want to read something sweet and sapphic, please consider checking it out!
Thank you for all of your support over the years! It's appreciated!

Yuri VN The Fairy's Secret released on Steam
Hi everyone! \o/
I’m writing this announcement to let you know that I've recently released a sequel to my cute yuri VN The Fairy’s Song called The Fairy’s Secret! The Fairy’s Secret is a linear visual novel set in modern day England which centres around the relationship between a grumpy goth and her medieval knight girlfriend.
The story is of a similar length to the original Fairy’s Song and it has a similar tone. It’s quite a light-hearted story, for the most part, though there are some fantasy elements and a few moments of intrigue and mystery. The VN is available in both English and Simplified Chinese, and a German translation might happen in the future if the sales are strong enough to support it.
If you enjoyed The Fairy’s Song and wanted to read more about Marnie’s adventures, then you should enjoy The Fairy’s Secret!
I hope you’ll enjoy reading more about Marnie’s time in Fenchapel with her cute knight girlfriend!

Yuri VN Dreamy Planet released on Steam
Hi, everyone! I'm writing a post to let you know that my newest yuri VN, Dreamy Planet, has been released on Steam!
Dreamy Planet follows a troubled young woman called Haruka, who feels trapped in a loveless relationship with a man her parents introduced to her. Haruka is determined to make this relationship work for her parents’ sake, who are desperate for grandchildren, even if it kills her. Secretly, however, Haruka harbours feelings towards her childhood friend, Shiina, whom she hasn’t seen in several years.
Eventually, Shiina gets back into contact with Haruka, and suggests that the pair catch up at one of their favourite childhood haunts: the theme park Dreamy Planet, which has since closed down and fallen into ruin.
Will Shiina and Haruka’s relationship meet a similar fate, or will old feelings between them be rekindled?
Dreamy Planet is quite sombre in tone, but it's not all doom and gloom. It presents the possibility of a happy ending, and the leads are afforded a degree of hope.
It's a quiet, ambient sort of experience, which some people might find relaxing. I hope you enjoy it, if you do decide to check it out!
I'm writing this post to inform you that Asphyxia has received a bit of a revamp! I've recently rewritten a significant chunk of text in the game, to correct some clunkier sentences that didn't 'flow' very well, and I've made several tweaks to the UI.
These changes are rather extensive, and were made in the newest version of Ren'py. As such, older saves of Asphyxia will no longer be compatible with this update, and trying to load them will cause the game to crash. If you want to read through the story again, it would be best to start a brand new game. I'm sorry for the inconvenience!
Please note that, while much of the text has been edited/rewritten, I've not deleted any scenes, or added any new ones: the content of the story remains the same as it always was.
If you find any typos/grammatical errors in the script, or any technical issues, please let me know. It would be appreciated!

Blackberry Honey now on Steam!
Hi everyone,
Just letting you know, my newest yuri visual novel, Blackberry Honey, has been released on Steam!
It's set in the Victorian era and has some flowery language like Asphyxia, but it's toned down quite a bit so it's not too ostentatious. It also has some more adult content, and a happy ending.
You can check it out here, if you want! It's $12.99, with a 10% launch discount!
I realise it's been about 2 years since I updated this last...
Here's a list of changes in this build:
* Redid the menus to make them look crisper
* Swapped out some of the old sound effects for newer, nicer ones
* Swapped out one of the backgrounds with a new, improved background
* Gave the player an option to choose between 2 font styles
* Darkened the textboxes
* Added an alternate, black textbox to make reading easier
* Added the Steam trading card images to the CG gallery, so they can be viewed whenever you want
And I changed the resolution from 1280x720 to 1920x1080!
As all the art assets in this VN were originally drawn at a far larger size than 1280x720, it was relatively easy to make a higher resolution version of this VN. The sprites and backgrounds should (hopefully) look crisper, and the text is bigger, which should make reading easier.
I was considering updating a few of my older VNs to 1920x1080 resolution. If people like this change, I can... consider it some more.
Are there any of my older VNs people would like to see at a higher resolution? If so, please let me know! >_<
(The Way We All Go and This World Unknown are not possible, however, due to the size of the original art assets.)
If you get any strange bugs or spot any typos etc, I'd appreciate it if you left some feedback!
Note: There was an issue causing this build to crash because I forgot to package a certain font with it. The new build I just uploaded should work fine. I'm sorry if this caused any problems >_<

Empty Horizons released
Hi guys,
My newest VN, Empty Horizons, has just been released on Steam! It has the same writer/artist combination as Asphyxia does, so if you like the writing and artwork of Asphyxia, you might fancy taking a look. The writing style of EH is very different to Asphyxia's, though - it's not nearly as flowery, and everybody speaks in a much more naturalistic way.
The VN also has Steam achievements and trading cards~

Empty Horizons - New VN on Greenlight
Hi, everyone!
I recently finished working on another relatively short VN called Empty Horizons. It's not super similar to Asphyxia, being GxB instead of GxG, and the writing style is very different (the dialogue is a lot more naturalistic) - but the art was done by the same artist (SillySelly) and the writing was done by the same writer (me, Ebi-hime).
Also, the relationship between the two leads in EH was somewhat inspired by the constant bickering between Roberta and Georgia. I liked writing Roberta and Georgia a lot, so EH was something of an excuse to play around with similar character archetypes.
If you liked the art in Asphyxia, or the back-and-forth banter, please consider voting for it!
