Singleplayer - Waves of Madness! Update
Sooooo, yeah, surprise! We've cooked up an update to Astro Joust. This all started after our last Dev Thunderdome (our office tournament, winner gets bragging rights, and chooses lunch) and the audio on our stream was totally messed up. After a quick bit of digging we found that our audio code was never hooked up to the mixer, so it was blasting at full vol and ignoring the vol settings. This lead me down a bit of a rabbit hole of looking for other minor tweaks and improvements, since I was mucking around in the project anyway. One thing lead to another, and viola! Here we are with a full fledged update - Singleplayer - Waves of Madness!:
Features:
Single Player mode - Clear unlimited waves of enemies
Single Player Highscore - Track your personal best number of waves cleared
Single Player Leaderboard - Find where you stack up on the Global leaderboard
Options update - 30/60 FPS toggles, clear save data button
Audio volume fix
Assorted QoL fixes

If you'd like to lend a hand we'd love to get some Beta testers to shake out any bugs that might have cropped up.
To test just right click on Astro Joust in your library, select Properties, click on Betas, select beta - Beta test branch from the dropdown.

The game industry hasn’t stopped, so neither will we. From the creators of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Gambling comes the sequel: I Can’t Believe It’s Not Gambling 2(K).
I Can’t Believe It’s Not Gambling 2(K) is the next chapter of (totally not) gambling in video games! This time, you’ll be spinning slots to win new skins for your slot machines. We’ve included some other small features to explore too, like a new Basketball mini-game, the ability to enter fake Credit Card pins for in-game money (and secrets!), and a brand new Prestige ladder where you’ll earn Titles and skins.
Honestly, who has time to mess around with playing a full match of a simulated sport with ok animations, weird bugs, and frustrating online play?
