Small Update - DEMO 0.921d - 220401
This is a small but important update to DEMO version of the game which corrects WeGo mode issues.
What's new in this version?
corrected issue - when the day ends in WeGo mode of play, and after a Player presses START, the button NEXT TURN does not appear but instead a progress bar is shown (see: First Alamein)
corrected issue - AI engine is not working, or is working in limited fashion when a game is in WeGo mode

Maps of the First Battle of El Alamein
After defeat in battle of Gazala, Allied forces retreated westwards. At Marsa Matruh they have put up some restistance, but soon they continued their retreat towards El Alamein line. This line was meant to be a series of defensive boxes stretching between El Alamein and Qattara depression, but at the moment of their arrival the only finished segment was the El Alamein box.
General Claude Auchinleck, Allied C-in-C decided to stop the Axis advance at that line. He distributed his remaining units between sea and Qattara depression in a series of fortified positions. And behind them the remaining armour and mobile forces were kept in reserve.
This is a regular update to DEMO version of the game which adds some new game options and features. Find the full list below. Cheers!
What's new in this version?
Issue Corrected - Tooltip Clipping - on displays above Full HD (above 1920x1080) tooltips appear clipped (outside the screen), especially when cursor is near bottom-right corner of the screen
revise UI Scaling options x0.75 and x1.5 in Options dialog - set their color and size to white/normal (because they currently look disabled, which they are not)
Options dialog - add toggle Edge Scroll (if unchecked - disables map scrolling when mouse cursor near screen edge)
Options dialog - add toggle WASD Scroll (if checked - player uses WASD instead of cursor keys for scroll, and following game hotkeys are disabled: A (arty) to Y, S (air strike, split) to X)
Options dialog - split UI Scaling (affects game panels) from Unit Scaling (affects Unit counters, models, strategy counters, combat bar)
Options dialog - add option to set Scroll Speed and Acceleration
Options dialog - add option to set Zoom Speed
Scenario Histories - add First Alamein
Info Panel - show detailed STR - show it as 1 decimal precision float, and show precise number of remaining soldiers/tanks/guns in the parentesis
Surrounded Combat Bonus - if a defending unit is surrounded by 3 or more hex sides with active enemy units, the attackers who attack that unit get 25% combat efficency bonus
Small Update - DEMO 0.895d 220301
This is a small update to DEMO version of the game which corrects minor game issues (null exceptions and such).
In the following update we will be correcting issues and adding features for higher resolution monitors (above Full HD). Cheers! ːsteamhappyː
What's new in this version?
corrected issue - you can hover over to inspect non-visible enemy supply sources
corrected issue - null exception shows when opening a Load Scenario screen when there are no previously saved games
corrected issue - when you split stack, select the other unit in the split stack, and give that unit order to move to a impassable adjacent hex (for instance from ZOC to ZOC hex) - panel Info (bottom-right) will dissapear
damage from Air Strike is increased by 55%
