Week 34

Patching out more improvements this week such as gamma adjustment, better damage indicators, weapon recoil effects and clearer checkpointing. Lots of small things but all together they have a big positive effect on gameplay :)

Week 33

Again more fixes, tweaks and improvements this week as well as gameplay additions. We're still waiting for the green light to release the final level for you all to run around in and give us your feedback. It's being discussed at the moment and i'm sure will get finalised soon.

In the meantime this week we'll be giving Athena a voice when it comes to being shot at and dealing damage to the enemy. Warning, this may include some immoderate language :)

Week 32

Lots of terrain edits going in the next patch, hopefully removing 99% of cases where you might be able to get stuck in a hole in the ground :)
Also this week we're working on weapon tweaks to give a more satisfying feeling to each of the guns.

Week 31

Hello everyone,

In addition to patching out further new gameplay improvements we are now working on refining gamepad support/ playability and adding in new language translations in addition to English and German, namely: French, Italian, Spanish!

  • Balance tweaks to shotguns and automatic weapons
  • Balance tweaks and fixes to Starfire and Death and Glory levels
  • Explosive barrels now burn and explode properly
  • NPC bodies/parts no longer interfere with player movement
  • Fixed an issue that would cause NPCs to continually spin around on the spot
  • Lowered the amount of head bump camera shake
  • Fist spike is now more forgiving when aiming at close range
  • Changed menu audio and fixed its volume not being controlled by audio settings
  • Fixed a few situations where fallback footsteps were not being played

Week 30

We hope you're all enjoying the new music, visual FX and NPC audio reactions. It's a fun process bringing everything to life more with these extra layers of detail.
This week we'll be continuing with this as well as gameplay tweaks and improvements following on from our booth at Rezzed last week.
