Birding Simulator

Road To Early Access #5

Hello Bird Lovers!

This is the fifth installment of the Road To Early Access series! Birding Simulator is getting bigger, and our team is working hard to ensure the game meets your expectations. This time we will talk about camouflage and rebuilt birds from the demo version.

1. Camouflage

Camouflage makes you less noticed by birds. So you can get closer to it and capture even better shots!

2. Redesign of several birds

We decided to redesign the look of 4 birds that already appeared in Birding Simulator demo version. What do you think about their present appearance? In our opinion, they look much better!

Thank you for your attention! We strongly encourage you to visit the Birding Simulator Discord server, where people boast of their most beautiful bird pictures!

Road To Early Access #4

Hi! In today's part, we'll talk a little bit about the significant change that affects the gameplay.

1. Camera HUD redesign

For the Early Access version, the team prepared a new camera HUD design. During the design process, the team tried to diversify the application to make it stand out and be fun to use. What do you think about it?

2. New bird species

Road To Early Access #3

Welcome to the next installment of the Road To Early Access series. This time we have prepared more material about accessories for compelling bird watching.

1. Cameras

There are many different types of cameras in the game. Each has another specification and application. Before setting off on an expedition, you must decide what equipment will be helpful for you under what conditions. You will also choose the right lens for specific camera models during personalization.

2. Lenses

There are many types of lenses in the Birding Simulator which also differ in specification and application. One of the most important factors is the focal length. Below are the different types of lenses available in the game:

Along with adapting the appropriate equipment, you can retrofit the camera with an additional teleconverter and lens filter.

3. Observation tower

We designed a new observation tower model that allows you to capture better footage.

4. New bird species

Beautiful animals, it's time to take a picture of them!

Road To Early Access #1

Hello everybody!

After a long break, we would like to inform you what is happening with the Birding Simulator.
There is a lot of it, so we are starting a new series called Road To Early Access, in which we will describe new functions and changes that occur in relation to the demo version.

1. New map

Our team is currently working on a new and larger map. New terrain includes mountain roads, rivers, lakes, swamps, and many more. Additionally, the landscape has been given new textures. The vegetation has been modified, adding many different plant species. We will keep you updated on the successive changes to the map.

Swamps:

Grassland:

Waterfall:

2. New bird species

We are currently adding a further 44 bird species, of which 4 species present in the demo will be redesigned. Here are some examples:

Blue jay:

Cooper’s hawk:

3. Flight animations and bird behavior

Many animations have been redesigned, and many others have been recreated. We focused on rising, landing, and selecting the target route. Swimming is now one of the mobility systems. Birds exhibit different behaviors in certain situations.

We encourage you to discuss. Please post feedback in the comments section or on the Discord server (link below). Further on, other issues related to the advancement of the Birding Simulator production will be discussed!
