Update Alpha 0.71.6x “Equippable Weapons” New Bounty Hunter Follower
Hello everyone!,
We have a pretty exciting patch this week as we are happy to announce that we have achieved our first steps towards more character customization within the game. This new feature is only available to the Bounty Hunter at the moment, but we plan to start bringing this new animation and equipment system to ALL models in the game both friendly and enemies. We hope this will start bringing more interactions with the game and bring more entertainment to the game.
On the Bounty Hunter, you can equip 3 different weapon sets. Sword and shield, dual daggers or sword and dagger, and greatsword. More weapons will be added later but we thought we get these in first since the Bounty Hunter is a master of combat and has the ability of wielding any type of melee weapons. Most melee classes will have this option in the future with exception and variations with all the others. Same goes for range and spellcasters.
We’ve also introduced 24 new weapons to the game to help accommodate this new feature. All of them are available for purchase at the market. We are planning a big crafting overhaul for the next patch, so players will be able to craft these fine weaponries.
New Icons added to the Bounty Hunter Talent Tree!, our new 2D artist was able to finish our first skill icons, which we plan to have for all characters with talent trees.
More sound effects added to the Bounty Hunter, these are more generic combat sounds we are testing and will eventually start having for all characters.
The Bounty Hunter replaces the Mercenary Follower and can be recruited at either the Market or Inn.
Patch Notes:
-Arcane Ripple Bleed Bug finally fixed! No longer will you be tagged with a bleed effect after having the enemies life force go through the abyss from ripple effect.
-Music added for waking up. Something everyone wants, just like a nice cup of coffee too!
-Health UI on the left screen have been reduced in size.
-Goblins Level have been set to a random predefined range matching the flow of the player progression instead of matching the player level.
-Bandits Level have been set to a random predefined range matching the flow of the player progression instead of matching the player level.
-Random colliders near the gate entrances around the towns have been removed.
-SHOP UI has been fixed to match the new UI styles. Player will find it much easier to access now.
-ALCHEMY VENDOR added, you know where that random alchemist is? Standing in the middle of the field in front of where the lab will be? Well guess what? He sells all the basic alchemy goods you would get at a lab. This will help early players gain potions and a healing follower.
-ESC has now been reworded to be an alternative to tab, so now both do the same function.
-Minor Typo Fixes throughout the game.
-Fixed Console box from saying all party members names and will instead say “Party”.
-Some minor bugs were fixed

Update Alpha 0.71.5e
Patch Notes:
-New Console Box (Still in early phase, but improving nicely).
-Use “H” to turn the new HUD on or off.
-New HUD added for the player to easily see party health and game status.
-All houses in Auguston have been replaced with more matching models of the Inn and Town Hall.
-New Road textures for Auguston, more dirt look.
-New Town Walls added surrounding the town, give the town a more secure feel.
-Buildings have been resized to better match the player's scale. (15%)
-Terrain Adjustments in Auguston to accommodate the new building changes.
-Player can now click on their target in combat to attack them instead of only being restricted to the menu screen.
-Player will no longer require a Lumberjack in the party to Harvest Lumber. This is an effort to slowly take out this unit as a follower, in the future to replace with a more appealing companion.
-Player will no longer require a Forge Apprentice in the party to Mine Ore. This is an effort to slowly take out this unit as a follower, in the future to replace with a more appealing companion.
-Interaction popup has been replace with “[E]” instead of “Interact”.
-Player can now Mouse Left click on displayed “[E]” instead of pressing “e” key to interact as well.
-General landscaping of Auguston to prevent model clipping.
-Tutorial Camera readjusted to compensate for the new buildings in the town.
-NPC Patrols in the town have been randomized.
-Rocks blocking the side entrance to the fort ruins have been added to prevent new players from wandering into the area before going into the town.
-All Entrances will now require interaction to change scene instead of automatically change when entering near its proximity.
-Quest Waypoints changed to be more noticeable for the player.
UI Respec:
-UI Menu redesign. Window is simpler, a lot more functional, and taking up less screen.
-Crafting and Construction Menu have been designed using the same template as the UI Menu redesign.
-Player will now be able to see his/her reputation, town status, and resources from the menu instead of always going to the administrative table at the town hall.
-Agenda Option added to the player menu. Open your agendas as soon as you get them!
-New Agenda Added! Obtained after completing “The Green Menace!”.
-Dialogue Box have been designed using the same template as the UI Menu redesign.
-Increased UI scroll speed.

Patch Notes:
-Added new female Innkeeper model in the Inn replacing the old low poly model.
-Fixed Innkeeper's positioning in the Inn, will now always be in the Inn.
-Fixed issue where it would appear to rain in the Inn.
-Fixed issue that caused players to have their movement freezed after talking with the mercenary contractor attempting to finish the tutorial quest chain.
-Fixed UI scrolling on the "Tab" menus, not fixed yet for dialogues and shops.
-Fixed Options UI to longer fade in and out after accessing it in the game and not the main menu.
-Village Raid Notifications will no longer show the "Ok" button.
-Raid Village Notification has been reset to 5 second display durations.
-Finished and Active quests will no longer overlap each other in the quest log.
