Power Up Ideas
Hi boys and girls.
We are working on adding some power ups for the upcoming patch.
We currently have movement speed increase and jump height increase, what more would you guys like to see added before the patch?

Patch EA 1.0.0.2 Hotfix

Save & Load File Format Changed in New Patch.
Hi boys and girls.
With the new update we have made a major change to the way save and load games work which included changing the save format.
This may cause an issue with saved files from the previous version, if you encounter any issues please contact us with information of the last level you reached and we will gladly send you a file to fix the issue.
Note: We are aware of an issue where saving the game while you are on a moving platform and loading back in will cause the moving platform to load in its original position, we are working now on a hotfix for this, in the meantime to avoid the issue be sure to save on a non moving platform or block, if you experience this issue and your character gets stuck press the "M" button, jump back into the single or co-op game mode and press "L" to load at the start of the level.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but rest assured the new format is much more stable and is a step ahead for the game :)

Patch Notes EA 1.0.0.2 (New Game Mode and More)
Includes the all new 1v1 Duel Arena game mode, new levels, fixes, new save and load system and much more...
1. Five new levels to single player and co-op.
1. Added a taste of the upcoming 1v1 Duel Arena (Currently has 3 levels which can be played over, you and your opponent can decide how many rounds you will play).
a. Save games and the timer have been discluded in 1v1, if you feel they should be included please let us know. :)
2. Game mode options can now be chosen by left clicking (Start Single Player, Start Co-Op and so forth).
3. Achievements are now accessible via the main menu.
4. Added a clickable menu option in each level.
5. Some small changes have been done to previous levels.
Bug fixes (Our boxes have been doing what they do best, eating bugs :P) 1. The timer, score, deaths and so forth now no longer displays in the main menu.
2. Fixed a bug where falling to your death would bug the death counter at times.
3. Removed some enemy boxes that were being naughty.
4. Fixed an issue with 5000 points achievement not working.
Upcoming in the next patch Possibility that a character skins pack will be ready.

A Taste of 1v1 Duel Arena Coming This Week.
Hi peeps :)
I happy to announce that a version of the 1v1 Duel Arena Game Mode will be available in the next update later this week.
It will be just a short best of 3 levels with player 1 vs player 2, the idea is to work on the features you want in this game mode before we begin adding new levels as well as a best of 5 and so forth.
However we have also been working on a couple other things for the patch including:
1. New levels for single player and co-op.
2. Additional background music.
3. Better navigation to the main menu.
As well as a couple more things that will be announced in the patch notes.

Why a final stage?
Our previous poll had a large amount of awesome names decided by the community, it was extremely close with a number of the names having the same amount of votes and others tailing by a single vote, so we have decided to take the top 3 names and throw them against each other one more time for a final decisions, in the event of another tie the Box Maze developers will then decide on the final name between the names that have the same votes.
Voting will close on Friday September 16.
All names mentioned have been given by the community.
Halloween Event Ideas
Whatsup Peeps?
As mentioned before we would like to add theme's to Box Maze during certain annual events, with your help we can have a Halloween event ready for next month and then the next one will be for Christmas, so far these will be the main events before we transition from early access to a full release. Once in full release state the game will have even more events.
