Customizable Starting Records Added

Starting Records



By default, there are now starting records for NEW GAMES based on the average attributes of each fighter.
You can adjust the maximums and variances or set it to start with 0 0 0 records in the advanced settings in the main menu. You may want to start with 0 0 0 records so that records are accumulated from scratch during game time. This is how it previously worked.
As a new manager for the Gym, earnings will represent gameplay earnings and start at 0 for you, your gym and your fighters.

Earnings will be during your time as the new manager.



Below is the fighter display on the select gym screen, if there are starting records
(i.e. they are not 0 0 0) it displays them under the Pro/Amateur title.



There is a new option in settings to edit the ranges of the starting records -
Advanced Customisation.



This will bring you to the screen below. There is a switch "USE STARTING
RECORDS" by default it is on, the option is there to go back to not using starting
records and starting fighters with 0,0,0 should you want to.

Fix for assign training points screen

On the training screen, Assign Training Points option, the list of fighter names on the left now remain active when the assign points box is displayed. You no longer have to keep closing and re-opening the box to check stats or select different fighters.

This allows you to hover over the "i" icon to check attributes and select a different fighter while the box is on screen.

Update note

Champion rankings per rate class are now recalculated after creating a new game using an edited database.
This fixes a bug where a fight using an edited database could potentially report the wrong weight for the fighter who becomes a new champion, from a weight class changed in the editor.

4,6,8,10 PRO ROUNDS UPDATE

Hi All!

We've implemented a requested feature for different round lengths in early pro careers.

Pro fight rounds are now based on the win record of your fighter as follows :-


  • Greater than 13 wins = 10 rounds
  • Greater than 10 wins 10 = 8 rounds
  • Greater than 6 wins = 6 rounds
  • 6 wins or less = 4 rounds

Update

Following on from our text commentary update we have now added achievements to the game.
There are 57 in total for both the main game, and for the live 3D fights.

Commentary Update

Welcome to another update as we continue to work to improve the game.

We have added live text based fight commentary to the 3D fights.
This defaults to being displayed.
You can turn it off in the Settings.
There are two buttons next to the commentator avatar.
One will toggle a text window showing all the current commentary.
The other will show and hide the full commentary panel.

  • Fixed rare bug where fighter could go out of the ring and the game would have to be restarted.
  • Re-introduced possibility of knockdowns as a result of a torso punch.

Celebration Update

Thank you for all your support!

We have added a celebration screen at the end of the fight. The winner and loser will be shown with an appropriate animation.
You can also view the results and stats on this screen.

Corner Interaction Update

We are excited to bring you a big update!
You can now choose a corner interaction at the start of each round in the 3D fight.


  • Corner Interaction options at the start of each round.

    Offensive - Temporary increase in attacking attributes, temporary decrease in defensive attributes
    Defensive - Temporary increase in defensive attributes, temporary decrease in attacking attributes
    Go for KO - Temporary increase in Intensity, temporary increase in opponent's Durability loss, temporary increase in Cardio usage
    Conserve Cardio - Temporary decrease in Intensity, temporary decrease in Cardio usage, temporary decrease in opponent's Durability loss

    We have also added the following :-

  • Amateur rankings for all 17 weight classes
  • Auto Training option accessible from the Training -> Overview screen
