General Changes and Additions


  • You can now enter practice mode with an incomplete deck.
  • We have made significant fixes and improvements to medals/ladder calculations, and have reset all players medals along with this patch.
  • New card icons added for Baldir, Goblin Bomber, Golem Mine, Soul Rift
  • New spell target material (it is prettier and more interesting)
  • Armored Horrors are renamed to Arcane Horrors


Balance Changes



Mana Crystal:
These changes were made to decrease the effectiveness of the use of Mana Crystal and Arcane Duplicate in Mana Mania.
  • Mana Cost increased to 10 from 6
  • Health increased to 700 from 400
  • Lifetime increased to 26s from 20s
  • Passive Aura gives +1 Mana every 4 Mana spent from +2 Mana every 7 Mana spent


Freeze Totem:
  • Mana cost decreased to 6 from 7


Earthquake Totem:
  • Mana cost decreased to 7 from 8


Stoneskin Totem:
  • Mana cost decreased to 5 from 8


Winter Souls :
  • Spawn 3 units from 2


Bug Fixes


  • Fixed some issues where interface data would never load. This broke things like the prize board, arena tv, your current medals etc, or caused you to get stuck at a loading screen.
  • Unlocking account icons should refresh your owned icons list.
  • Top cards on profile now sorts correctly, and is based on games played.
  • Entering challenges/matches while editing your deck should be more reliable.
  • Clicking the spin bronze board button will actually pick a bronze board instead of the highest value you own atm.
  • Fixed a bug where while spectating a friend, sometimes the names would be reversed.
  • Free board spins should be more reliable, and provide an error message if something goes wrong.
  • Fixed some sticky card tooltips.
  • Retribution now is -2 cost while Iah is on the board
  • Fixed board navigation tab sparkles.

Patch 0.1.9

General Changes and Additions


  • Unlocking a Big Brawls Boards with Seals no longer has a cooldown. Spin to Win!
  • You can now view the vault in read-only mode while in the matchmaking queue.
  • All stuns and bashes will now display a popup message on impact.
  • Direct Damage spells that hit towers now show their damage in tooltips


Balance Changes



General:
  • Cards that spawn multiple units will now spawn them over a wider area, hopefully alleviating the issue of all of them dying immediately to a single AOE.


Golem Mines:
  • Increased mana cost to 14 from 10


Brawler Knight:
  • Increased mana cost to to 6 from 5.


The Wizard:
  • Decreased mana cost to 10 from 11


Treasure Goblin:
  • Movespeed to 0.9 t/s from 1.2t/s
  • Increased mana cost to 10 from 8
  • Decreased Taunt Radius to 4 tiles from 5
  • Decreased Taunt Duration to 4 tiles from 5
  • Carter and Witch Hunters should now properly attack allies when taunted by Treasure Goblin


Witch Hunters:
  • Increased mana cost to 13 from 10
  • Decreased health to 1050 from 1250
  • Decreased movespeed to 0.9t/s from 1.2t/s
  • Increased duration reach to maximum damage to 20s from 10s
  • Fixed a bug with multiple Witch Hunters attacking the same target


Fire Souls & Winter Souls:
  • Should no longer overkill targets and will be more effective


Krytos:
  • Increased damage from hit #1 to 350 from 150
  • Increased damage from hit #2 to 350 from 150
  • Increased damage from hit #3 (haymaker) to 700 from 600
  • Increased effective DPS to 233 from 116


Bug Fixes


  • Some accounts were incorrectly marked with a status that unlocked everything in the game. This was corrected. Please note: you may notice things being locked that were once available. In the case of cards, use the temporarily granted Valor to unlock the cards of your choice.
  • On-hover effects on spawning towers should now only show for your own team
  • Gargoyle Tower: Pushback on attack should be more consistent
  • Powderkeg: Fixed his Poison Balls to deal damage correctly.
  • Malady was incorrectly tagged as dealing Slash damage, the tag has been removed.
  • Units will no longer get stuck on totems. Totems have “unit walking” which means units will not collide with them.
  • Fixed a hitch in the match intro animation.
  • Fixed an issue where Drow Warriors would sometimes spawn as teapots.
  • Fixed an issue preventing Carter's second gearset from working in-game.
  • Fixed an issue preventing units indirectly spawned such as Vex and Bastion from using their selected gearset/dye.
