Hi guys, quick update tonight.
CHANGELOG
- Removed hackable computers and replaced with both a pile of money and a safe. The safe can be cracked if there is no alarm and the money pile can be taken at any time.
- Added more spots for the AI backup to spawn at
- Changed vault timers to 60 seconds down from 120 seconds

This season, the prize for the top 3 will be slightly different. I'll be in touch with you guys (DomoArigato, Dall, Velth, VyseM4H, PESR) about your prize, which will be a safehouse designed by you, to be put into Break_In in a future update. All designs will be considered (within reason!) and I hope this is a more fitting reward rather than just, you know, another skin. :)

Update 0.30 - Visuals and small fixes
Hi guys, happy new year!
Apologies for the long long wait for this one.
Three things!
1. Season 2 will be ending tomorrow evening (15/01/2018) at 7PM GMT. I know it's dragged on for a long time (far longer than intended), so there will be more in the way of rewards to make up for it, with more than just skins this time.
2. This patch is the first big overhaul of the visuals and should (I hope) be immediately noticeable. There is more in the way of optimisation as well as a full rework of the lighting and rendering. There are a bunch of small fixes also included in this update, too many to mention!
3. This week will see two more updates, one bringing a much needed tutorial for newer players, and the other a brand new map.

Update 0.26 - The AI Update
Hi all,
Quick update today that brings a much more aggressive, fluid AI to play against.
FIXED: AI shooting through certain walls. (Note, there still might be an issue with weapons coming through walls - work in progress.)
FIXED: Backup AI moving slowly towards you without ever really reacting or taking cover.
FIXED: AI now raise the alarm after a set amount of seconds in combat.
NEW: A more aggressive AI that will work together to take you down. This AI will communicate amongst themselves in an effort to take you down.
NEW: Added text overlays for timelock buttons and the vault computers to better explain things.
Hope you like it! Please remember this is a work in progress, there may be issues with the new system and it may seem a little unbalanced at first - it's all open to fixes and balance changes.

Sale, Trading Cards and Season 2 LIVE

Break_In is in the weeklong sale this week so it's a great time to drag friends and enemies in and have them try to take you down!
Season Two is now live! It'll run for a month with prizes going to those who excel!

Version 0.25 - The Train Base
Hey! Long time no see. This one has been a while in the making.
Here with update 0.25 today ahead of Season 2 on Monday (15/05). Few changes as always - some new stuff, some old stuff, geometry changes on single trees etc.
Firstly, there's a new safehouse/base. A moving safehouse/base. Go check that out!
Secondly, I've tried to improve performance by changing a few things here and there, so feedback on how it runs in this update versus previous updates would be much appreciated.
Thirdly, Season 2 will begin on Monday (15/05) with bigger and better rewards. To confirm, as was suggested by you guys, Season 2 will be judged on the overall amount of money that you've stolen throughout the season, rather than your total at the end of the season.
Last but not least, trading cards, emoticons and backgrounds should be on their way very soon.

Season 1 Results & Update 0.21
Hi everyone! So we're at the end of the first season and I thought I'd do a little run-through of the outcome, highs and lows and all that. A note beforehand though, this is the first season of Break_In and as such, it was never going to be the smoothest ride! The time was pushed back on the final day due to unforeseen circumstances, and I hope this didn't inconvenience anyone too much.
So, here is how we're going to do this!
The top prize - some shiny new golden weapon skins (what else? :D) is going to be shared amongst the three players with the most money in the bank as of this moment and the 3 players who have stolen the most throughout the season in total. That means six of you guys will receive the golden weapon skins very shortly!
The second prize - some slightly less shiny, but still pretty shiny silver weapon skins will go to those finishing in the top 50 of the most wanted table at this moment.
The "taking part" prize of some Halloween weapon skins will go to everyone who took part this season.
We'll adjust this going forward of course! Onto the awards then.
