This can slow down your movement and impede combat. Some enemy positions and landscape features have been tweaked as well. I know I said it last week, but this week is most likely the last week it'll be in a preview state.[/p][p]Added a new entity: The Trenchcleaner[/p][p]This mech entity roams level 49 (as in the wiki). If you approach him, he will attempt to pursue and will attack you with two chain-guns. He can break objects in his path, although currently has some pathing issues that will be ironed out.[/p][p]Added new effects to the no-clip-a-matic door[/p][p]The no-clip-a-matic doors have stayed relatively the same for the past 2 years or so. However, I have added some enhancements to the experience of entering them by giving them depth; you no longer "bounce" off of the surface of the door and instead go through it. Inside of the door there is a glitched wall effect.[/p][p]Added a preview of The Snackrooms revamp[/p][p]The Snackrooms is getting a revamp and it's big. It is now styled similar to level 44 with more realistic-looking props and dining areas. There are also some back hallways to explore and some bathrooms, although more will be added. Please use the Beta branch in BrVR's steam library page -> gear icon -> properties -> betas.[/p][p]Added Reality Stabilizer[/p][p]This (very experimental) item allows you to save what level you were on and your items, then recall that save from your frontrooms apartment's Manage Saves window. These can be bought at the level 1 BNTG base, the level 4 MEG base, the level 11 MEG base, the level 23 MEG base, and crafted in the industrial crafter. There are several known issues with it that will be fixed soon. The functionality of saving your location in a level is coming soon, but right now it just saves what level, not the location within.[/p][p][/p][p]Fixed some broken level 3 lighting[/p][p]The prison-styled lights in level 3 have been improved and looks a lot better than in the past.[/p][p][/p][p]Made more changes to level 49[/p][p]Some more small things have been fixed, and some more entity spawns have been added. This is probably the last week 49 will be in a preview.[/p][p][/p][p]Fixed some cheese with the industrial crafter and adjusted a few recipes[/p][p]Previously, there was a way to spam steel which I have now patched. [p]Made changes to the level 188 mall[/p][p]The level 188 mall now has a couple of new shops including Slushie's Slushes. There, you can buy slushies that restore thirst, sanity, and health. You can also now buy suitcases at Threshhold Threads.[/p][p]Made changes to the level 49 preview[/p][p]The level 49 preview now has better enemy placement, a new MEG outpost, a UEC weapons stash, and some new cinematic moments. A number of visual issues have been fixed, and now the optimization should be better too. More weapon spawns have been added to the bunkers scattered around the map.[/p][p]Added a new item: Helmets[/p][p]These WWI-style army helmets can be found in level 49 and will sustain projectile damage for you. Just note that they pop off after being hit, and can only be used once. Attempting to use a broken helmet will result in...well...exactly what you think.[/p][p]Made several fridges openable[/p][p]Many smaller half-height fridges are now openable, and contain valuable foods and drinks. Larger fridges are still closed, but functionality for them may be coming soon.[/p][p]Added the M1911[/p][p]This new weapon can be found exclusively in Level 49 and is a WWI version of the 1911 pistol. It has the same stats as the modern version, but looks much more rustic.[/p][p]Added a new vinyl[/p][p]There's a new vinyl in the LunaNightZ record store (now also in level 188), and it's my new album FL Users Die In A Fire. Added level 49 preview
Level 49's preview is here! This preview features a very large map full of grimy WWI-style trenches. Watch out, as you might be cut down by snipers or machine guns if you peek your head out too much. There are rifles in the start building, and you can use them to fight back against the soldiers. This preview has a few known issues including floating tree stumps, scale issues, and some wonky landscape areas. You can access previews by going to the legacy museum in the hub, then going to the map "Aim2" within it, and then turning around and heading into the level 49 door. Suggested by @FrankC on our discord server.
Merged level 4 with an older version
On our stream, we showed off the old level 4. This was met with positivity, so we're experimenting with merging it with the old level 4. You can access it near the room with the hound and all of the round tables, but more entrances will be added soon. Please tell us how the lag is on your systems in the discord, as merging two maps like this can be expensive.
Fixed crowbar hit detection
The crowbar now accurately deals damage from the same hitbox as all other melee use
Added a balloon interaction for cutting the lower part of the string
You can now cut the lower part of a balloon's string, causing the balloon to float up with the string still attached. The interaction for cutting a balloon's string is still valid though.
A note: I will be having a surgery tomorrow and will be recovering for several days afterwards, that's why the update is early and that's also why there won't be a stream or probably an update in the next week.

Level 193 is a sprawling house full of strange architecture. You can find rooms with beds on the ceiling, ceiling fans on the floor, kitchens separated in the middle of other rooms, and many more strange anomalies. There is a moderate entity presence on the level. You can enter it via level 26.

Revamped Level 188
The revamped level 188 is finally here, bringing a complete overhaul to the map. It now features a mall, an underground airport corridor, and a fully modeled hotel. The graphics are much better than the previous version, and there's generally more stuff to do and things to find than in the old one. You can even purchase a submarine sandwich from Heathrow Hoagies in the mall (more store functionalities coming soon).
Added the large building back to level 11
The sky-high skyscraper from the old level 11 has been added back in. There's nothing up at the top, but it's still a fun landmark. Maybe I'll put something up there sometime.
Made several graphical changes to the Poolrooms Sprawl Map
The Poolrooms Sprawl map has also gotten some new additions, including more pillars and lights where the lighting/geometry is flat and boring.
Changed thirst/hunger depletion rates
Thirst now deletes faster and hunger depletes slower. Suggested by @Ali666 on our discord.

Added a recipe for Seal Flex and Vasoskin
Now Seal Flex and Vasoskin now have recipes in the industrial crafter, which use valves, a part that hasn't been used in any prior recipe.
Added the door recalibrator
This item, crafted in the industrial crafter, recalibrated doors on the spot to lead to a different level. It's rather useful if you're trapped in a level that only leads to a bad level.

Level 66 is a huge walk-in aquarium, and is composed of a dark pipe maze. There's a bit of light coming in from the outside, but for the most part level 66 is pitch-black with an ominous blue fog in the background. You can exit to level 41 via an "Emergency Exit" door, and you can enter through a similar door in level 44. Requested by @Ali666 on our discord server.
Added a new entity: The Anethika
This tall, lanky, black creature resides in level 66, but will be put in other levels soon. The Anethika is rather strong and fast, making it quite difficult to kill. It's one of the stronger enemies in all of BrVR.
Added back the Mapping Device
Back in the early days, you were able to purchase a mapping device (jokingly we called it a Clumpass, because it acted like a compass and you could buy it from Clump Power INC). This is now back in the form of a crafted item.
Added The Industrial Crafter
The industrial crafter is now here, allowing you to turn basic parts into more complex industrial parts like motors, valves, and connectors. These industrial parts can be crafted into one of eight (more coming soon) different high-tech items. You can operate it by putting items in the center and clicking "craft together" to combine the items. Another capability of the industrial crafter is the ability to bottle liquids that are in cylinders, allowing them to be used in Squirt Guns. For convenience, there's another panel on the industrial crafter which allows you to spawn resources that you have in your crafting inventory and store higher-tier industrial parts for later use.
Improved the Level 188 Preview
The 188 preview is nearly finished. There are a number of good changes that have been made, although the elevators are still broken for the time being.
