This hotfix addresses small issues with level 11, wax packs, and object clipping.
V. 3.57 MAIN BRANCH UPDATE
This update is back on the main branch! If you are on the beta branch, you will also be updated to this version automatically.
Revamped level 11
Level 11 has received a full revamp. Not only are there graphical enhancements, but generally the city is much more realistic than before in terms of accuracy to real-life city planning. The MEG base is much larger, now containing a front desk, hall, offices, convention center, and marketplace. Plus, it has an expansive courtyard that wasn't present in the original version.
Raised prices in the gun store
Prices in the gun store have been raised, generally on larger weapons. Procurement of smaller arms should be made more common in shops though.
Removed grass texture from frontrooms tunnel
This long standing bug/eyesore is finally gone. Just replaced with an abyss for now.
Added new kiosks
Big improvements here! The old 2.0 buying kiosks are going to be mostly gone soon. Now, you can pick your items, bring them to the kiosk, and click "buy" to pay for them.
Fixed some hard mode cheese
When toggling hard mode, there will now be a separate money save for hard mode. Plus, it will get rid of the guns on your gun wall. They will regenerate the next time you come back though.
Added more rooms to level 0 sprawl
A few new rooms have been added to level 0's sprawl area as promised. A new entrance has also been added, which is a glitchy hole in the wall.
Added new entity cards
Four new "dummy" entity trading cards have been added. More to come soon! The prices for wax packs and rewards for cards have been adjusted too.
Now, if you were on the main branch you'll get a ton of other stuff from past beta updates. Unlike the last ones, I will not list those changes here for the sake of keeping the post short. However, if you'd like to know, scroll down to get the patch notes for the last beta updates.

New this week: Level 10 revamp, level 0 sprawl, more
ATTENTION: If you haven't yet: go to BrVR's steam library page -> gear icon -> properties -> betas -> and opt into this update by selecting the beta branch. This is to reduce unwanted update downloads for people on the stable main branch.
Level 10 Revamp
Level 10 has received a huge revamp! Graphical features, missions, and a buyable house have been added. The map has also been expanded with around 75% more area. It now has three new POIs: Lakeside, Corpse Lake, and The Castle. Most aspects of the old level have been retained though, such as the town and exit bunker system. There is a house in the town which can now be bought in level 9's Newton Realtor Company store. Buying that house will allow you to use the workbench in the house, and will spawn you there every time you enter level 10.
SPOILERS FOR MISSION:
There is a man near the lake asking you to go to Corpse Lake to fetch a no-clip calibrator. However, there is an entity in the house with the calibrator! Be sure to watch out for the entity as you explore the house. However, that mission is rather lucrative as it gives you a very upgraded M4 Shotgun.
Level 0 Sprawl Area
Many new rooms have been added to level 0, currently accessible through a door. These rooms include offices, FUN areas, halls, older areas with green carpet, brick storage rooms, and more. Watch out as there are entities that roam the map in search of food, and are slightly stronger than their normal counterparts.

New this week: Level 44 revamp! Sorry about the Odd Release date of the Steam announcement.
ATTENTION: If you haven't yet: go to BrVR's steam library page -> gear icon -> properties -> betas -> and opt into this update by selecting the beta branch. This is to reduce unwanted update downloads for people on the stable main branch.
Level 44 Revamp
We've had a lot of stuff going on this week, namely having our carpet replaced. However, we replaced much more than the carpet in level 44! Level 44 got a top-to-bottom revamp, making it styled more like a shopping center and less like a big box store. More props, trims, skylights, and secret areas make the new version feel quite complete. There is even a minigame where you have to dodge corrosive black fluid to get to a gun and item case.
Admittedly, we haven't gotten too much else done on BrVR this week due to our carpet. There are a couple of minor bug fixes though. Speaking of bugs, there's a known bug with level 44. Near the hound, there are a few doors which have two doors on the same frame.

Now in MEG Base Alpha there are several NPCs wandering around and working at their desks. While they are completely peaceful, be sure not to upset them by holding a gun out in front of them. They react to threats and will run into a private room to trigger an alarm. There are also guard NPCs in MEG bases Omega and Beta.
Added a time shift bind to the spectator camera
There are now keybinds for slowing down/speeding up time using the spectator camera.
Now For Some Rapid-fire Changes:
Lowered the fire extinguishers in level 4 Made the respawn button helper emissive Added an MEG alarm system to the MEG bases on levels 1, 4, and 11

This update is back on the main branch! If you are on the beta branch, you will also be updated to this version automatically.
Revamped level 571
Tons of dirt and props have been added to level 571's five maps. The day/night lighting has been adjusted in part 3 as well as making the skin-stealer encounter there much more terrifying. Shadows have been added to many areas, and overall the lighting is much improved. Trims have been added to around 90% of the walls in the level. Part 4 now has more dizzying non-Euclidean effects.
You can now dispense water from the warm or cool side
Since water coolers were first added, you have only been able to dispense water from the cold side. Now, if you want warm water, you can have it. Why? All in the name of "immersion" I guess!
Now for some rapid-fire changes:
Adjusted level 40 AI Did some subtle lighting changes to level 40 Whitened the whiteout Added fouling to the ceiling tiles Reinforced level 4 floor Keypad now shows previous numbers Replaced level 4 fire extinguisher model
Here are some things that are new this week:
Now, if you were on the main branch you'll get a ton of other stuff from past beta updates:
Level 4 complete revamp
Level 4 has received a complete top-to-bottom overhaul. The map is larger, the MEG base has been upgraded to be more like Base Alpha, the windows are recessed into the walls, and more. The same achievements and easter eggs from before are still in-game, but in higher graphical fidelity. There are even small details like air conditioners you can turn on and off. There are a few different areas, namely the main area that looks like the pictures, the dark area with smilers and a spooky puzzle, and an 80s themed area which will be built out more soon.
New food tubs
A couple new food tubs have been added including fried clump giblets and skin cake. Tasty! Suggested by @smiley on our discord.
New balloon gun propeller upgrade
If you upgrade a balloon gun with metal, you will get a small propeller on the back now. This propeller will allow you to move around if you have balloons tied to yourself, making some challenges such as the level 3999 water cooler task easier. The propeller controls are bound to the left joystick since you can't move in midair.
New weapon: balloonderbuss
Imagine Fortnite's gameplay programmers fell into the backrooms and all turned into partygoers, then decided to make a new weapon. That's exactly what the Balloonderbuss is. Shove in a pack of balloons, prime back the hammer, and you can shoot out balloons very far. The amount of balloons that actually comes out varies, but it's more than enough to levitate the average entity.
Replaced eating and drinking noises
This was bound to happen. Let's face it: the drinking noise has long sounded like peeing. Both of the noises have been improved.
Level 19 changes
A new chunk has been added to level 19, the crawlspace. Rare chunks are now much more common, adding more variance to an already varied level. Deathmoths and passive moths have been added. Deathmoths appear in 1/40 hallways, passive moths appear in 1/20.
Added Disgusting Insects
Seven types of new bugs have been added to levels. They can appear anywhere, but especially in dark, damp levels like levels 2, 3, and 15. There are stag beetles, dragonflies, small spiders, moths, deathmoths, flies, and gnats. The first five listed all have rudimentary AI, but the flies and gnats are just particles.
Added Swatter
A swatter has been added to deal with the new infestations! It can be found in the tan openable crates, and can squash beetles and spiders. It cannot squash airborne insects for the time being.
Revamped the furniture store
The furniture store now has 16 different buyable items! Once an item is bought, it will be sent to your frontrooms apartment. Your purchases save. Sadly, there is no way to reposition the furniture as of now. The furniture store can be found in the frontrooms city
Apartment changes
The apartment now has several new pieces of furniture that are replaced once you buy other pieces of furniture. The basement has gotten a complete overhaul. The hound puppy has been removed, the lights have been darkened, and there are more dirt decals to name a few changes. More doors now separate the rooms. The staircase that allows you to no-clip into the backrooms has been moved downstairs into the basement as well. Moving away from the basement, several more things in the upstairs are grabbable such as the chairs. The wallpaper material has been changed, and will be able to be edited in the future.
Optimization
Several high-detail meshes have been optimized and cut down for VR usage. Many of the models that we used to create the frontrooms had very high poly counts and needed to be optimized heavily.
Added Storage Scuffle
A new minigame has been added to level 70! Bid on a self-storage locker against skin stealers, but don't overbid or else you will lose cash. If you outsmart the skin-stealers, you can win big backrooms bucks! To enter the minigame, look for a self-storage locker in level 70 with a green light and enter it. Based on a real TV show.
Resized the Frontrooms Basement
The Frontrooms basement is not finished by any stretch of the imagination, but it's been resized so that it's much less awkward-looking. The trophy room has been made much smaller, compressing the trophies into a small area.
Added URL Tablet
Go into GEAT in the frontrooms to retrieve the URL Tablet. You can open URLs with it, including music. Just make sure to pause the audio before going into another level. It's an extremely experimental feature.
Resized Level 0 and 4 Carpet
Previously, it looked a bit too large, to the point where it was difficult to tell that it was carpet. This is fixed.
Added 5 New Loading Screen Messages
These 5 new loading screen messages teach about the game's settings such as Hard Mode, Backrooms Items Only, and the no-clip-a-matic doors settings.
And now, for some rapid-fire changes. There are a lot:
"Johnny" now cannot be killed by balloons Removed weird blue bar in level 3 Removed backrooms bank Fixed door in arenainfinite Fixed Meg Base Alpha laser hit detection Fixed skin-stealer and smiler AI issues Fixed BAR recoil and hand position issues Fixed PPSH recoil Decreased AK fire rate Made some subtle balancing changes with weapons Added a separate room for the level 4 barracks Fixed some level run lighting issues Added room number to level 13's room service minigame Flipped levels 369 and 370 in the hub Fixed the level 0 partygoer clipping into walls Widened the tutorial doors Fixed a couple of issues with the furniture system Fixed infinite partygoer spawning in level 4 Fixed some issues with the revolver only allowing you to shoot 5 shots sometimes Added SFX to the memory worm Improved upgrade bench + menu hit detection Finally fixed the level 18 locker maze game Added trigger/button helper to restart when dead Added grass to level 11.1 You can now put friend water in squirt gun Added cha-ching noise for putting money in pocket
