here goes another update :)
Demo users should give the game another try because you can play all maps in Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch and Capture The Flag now. This step became necessary as demo users had a hard time to actually play the game. Weapon restrictions and so on are still active, of course.
This update however also brings a new game mode called Gun Game to all owners of the full game. You start with the MP5 and you will have to fight your way through the weapon aresenal. It is pretty much like a race as well because the first person killing somebody with the knife (thats the final weapon) is going to win.

here goes another update :)
So I was playing around with some different control schemes to avoid ripping off attachments accidentally. The whole process is still exactly the same but in order to confirm that you want to unlock your attachment you need to press the grip button (HTC Vive) or the trigger (Oculus Touch) now. This is also visualized by a thin line that indicates that the attachment is connected to the weapon and needs to be unlocked first. Otherwise it would just snap back to the old place on the weapon.
This tiny pistol is a Luger that features a very nice mechanism. The footages is recorded in slow motion and shows exactly that. It is now available in single-player and multiplayer and goes along with the MP 40 that is available now as well.

Hey guys,
here goes another update :)
This update makes use of the game title Bullets And More and adds a Longbow (and also another SMG) to the game.
I'm not even sure if any other game features bows in a PvP game. Obviously it is a bit more challenging weapon that however is even more rewarding and satisfying and also very sneaky! If you practice a bit I'm sure you can even compete with people using guns and if all people on the server agree you also could communicate to use bows only which turns the game into a completely different one. The bow also mirors itself to offer the best experience for left and right handed players. Just make sure that your controllers have been detected correctly or it will be wrong. Just swap your controllers in this situation. This is not an issue for Oculus Touch users, of course.
Another new weapon is a SMG called Vec. It features three fire modes (semi, 2 round burst, full auto). The fire rate is very high and addictive but also makes you run out of bullets rather fast. Just play around with it yourself.
For the Oculus Touch users I also added an new menu option called "Hold Grip (Oculus)". This hopefully makes the game feel way better using the Oculus Touch controllers. At the moment you need to enable this option manually because I want to receive some more feedback before it will be enabled by default for Oculus users.

By the way an unknown feature is that you can change the color and reticle on the holo sights and the color of the laser sight. Just hold them in your hand and press up/down to change color or left/right to change the reticle. This settings will be saved now and are uniform for all of them.

Hey guys,
here goes another update. This took a while but I hope this time the update fixes all performance issues for real. In fact I already tested this update with some people and it was perfectly smooth and the increased network responsiveness felt just incredibly good. Before this update there was a very long delay before the kill has been confirmed and the enemy dropped to the ground. This confirmation should happen immediately now due to lots of optimizations to the game and the netcode.
Furthermore I tried to get two new game modes ready for you. The first mode is called Virus Infection. It is still experimental and needs more testing but usually works rather well and is tons of fun. One or two persons will be selected to start as infected persons and need to infect the other people. The other people however need to stay alive or they will become infected as well. To make this more interesting the infected persons carry no guns and need to come close to you. They got 2.5x more health and they can see friends and enemies through walls. Last but not least they do not need any ladders but can climb up walls and stuff. This mode might have some glitches especially after a map change but usually it sorts itself. Just keep that in mind.
The other game mode is called "Classic Deathmatch". You start with a pistol and you need to collect weapons in the map. The weapons respawn after 20 seconds so you can even dual wield and stuff. Definitely very cool as well.

Fixed performance issues
Hey guys,
please make sure that you received the update I published about an hour ago. It is probably the final update in a series of updates that tried to increase the game performance within the last days. This recent update should fix the performance issues completely and you definitely should try it as soon as possible. Furthermore give yet another chance to all the maps that you did avoid due to issues in the past. I think they all should offer a way better experience by now.
This issue was very hard to track down and I'm also very sorry that you did experience it in the first place. Thanks again for all of your trust and support.
Let me know if you are (still) experiencing issues of any kind. I really think this specific one should be fixed but you never know and I'm open-minded for feedback of any kind anyway :)

here goes another update that hopefully fixes a lot of the performance issues you have been experiencing in the past. To make up for some of this issues and to thank you for all the trust I got another weapon for you. It is a blast for sure and it also should be a good counterpart for the L96 and vice versa.

To help with performance and to make the game look even better and immersive I baked lots of lights. It is a very time consuming process and some results might be a bit weird but still it feels and plays way better.

Notice that the last map looks like a completely new map but the truth is that it is "chud" that received another theme because a lot of you did dislike the darkness in it. I hope you can enjoy this take on it a bit more.
The maps that have not been light baked yet will receive a light baking at some later point as well.
