Thirdly is our Easter Event, can you hunt and collect all 40 Easter Egg baskets hidden around the newly expanded Rohai area? If you manage to complete that we've also added 4 new Vista Points to newly created locations as we a Locked Item to find and picklock in Hianga.

Update 0.10.27.0
This update is all about new character locomotion and various quality of life improvements to some interaction elements. This means most of the characters animations and movement has been reworked. These changes come with new modes of movement such as crouching, plus the ability to enter a ragdoll state when falling from a height. There is also more fluid animation changes on existing grounded movement states.
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1697037141 https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1697037966 A further change is that all the Radial menu’s (for vehicles too) have been replaced with more quality menu’s and all outstanding issues with them being fixed.
Notably as a result of some of these changes we’ve reworked how dances and ground sits are handled. Now these all fall under a single category of “Emotes” and you can pick 5 of the various subtypes that you can pin to the radial menu and newly added hotkeys (6-0) to trigger each. These can be changed in the Character customization menu under options tab. The reason for these changes as it frees up UI space and simplifies the triggering of them, it also allows us to add more to the game where there wouldn’t have previously been the UI space to select them (theres two new dances added in this update, but stay tuned for additional emotes being added over future updates and general improvements to the handling of this).
Patch Notes:
Environment
Fixed some floating chairs at Mataara.
Fixed a cave entrance volume sticking through ground near matapari.
Fixed invisible ground collision issue near Kataara.
Fixed invisible ground collision with some homes.
General
Added new locomotion system for characters, this brings additional modes of movement including crouch and ragdoll.
Added new radial menu for all characters and vehicles.
Added new emote system which combines dances, sits and gestures into a single system that can be assigned to hotkeys. Dances and sits can be chosen on the character options menu.
Added two new dances.
Added new system for handling footstep sounds. This is more efficent and better tied into the animations themselves.
Added additonal hotkeys (6-0 by default) to trigger each assigned emote, this can be changed in control options.
Added various performance optimizations to the base character.
Fixed a few issues relating to home and camps.
Update 0.10.26.0
For this update we’ve targeted improvements to the user interface, with a revised main menu layout and various updated UI elements overall. The spawn menu has also been reworked with there being a new page dedicated to just showing the primary area spawn per region (on a second tab is individual spawns for every area as before).
Another notable addition is the adding of both Steam and Discord Rich Presence support. This shares information about your current activity, such as what area you might be exploring. A useful purpose of this is that it allows you to join your friends, so that you can be taken automatically to the current area they are in on the correct server.
We’ve also done some improvements to the Cinema screens so Youtube video playback has more of a vivid/true color and is less washed-out due to environment. There is also expanded character support for in-game chat (allows previous useable characters, e.g. miscellaneous / technical).
Patch Notes:
Environment
Added various texture memory optimizations which will reduce build size by around 1.2 GB.
General
Added rework of main menu, with changed layout and added side widgets that can highlight news, events and anything else worth noting.
Added improvements to online multiplayer menu opening animations to be more consistent with other menus.
Added various tweaks to options menu to improve consistency.
Added hover/unhover effects to most top and bottom buttons.
Added padding adjustments to various menu scroll-bars to allow for more usable screen-space.
Added extended Unicode character support so additional symbols (e.g. miscellaneous and technical characters) can be used in chat.
Added improvements to youtube video playback with a more true color look (less washed out) for cinema screens.
Added Steam enhanced rich presence support. This will display your current activity and other useful information to your friends.
Added Invite (when game is running) and Join functionality for Steam Friend list using the added rich presence.

Update 0.10.24.1
This update is primarly core improvements and optimizations. One of the new features in this update is the new interaction system that will view on screen the key to press when looking at an interactable object. It also allows you to specify which object to interact with (e.g. different seats) based on what you are looking at. This works in combination with the previous system, so you can still interact with closest object in valid range when not looking at anything specific.
Other changes are some improvements to world lighting at various times of day and various logic improvements to the home photo system which should fix various issues there.
Patch Notes:
Customization
Fixed an issue relating to the Mako Seats.
Environment
Fixed an issue with world brightness, notably effecting wide open spaces and with character shading.
Fixed collision on some concrete pipes.
Fixed some terrain painting near Pitonga.
Removed DFAO from cinematic options as no longer needed (base graphics were improved a while ago).
General
Added new interaction system that allows the player to look at specific interactable objects (e.g. vehicles, seats) and see on-screen the key to press to interact. You can also look directly at the seat you wish to sit in, rather than sit in the closest. This works in combination with the previous system, so even when you don't look directly at an object you can just interact with closest by default for convience.
Added various texture memory optimizations, this will also reduce installation size.
Fixed an issue where right clicking in radial menu would get you stuck.
Fixed an issue where character camera can zoom in too far and get stuck due to a combination of events involving leaving a vehicle and specific saved camera states.
Fixed various issues with the home picture applier.
Fixed an issue relating to the headlights on the scorpion buggy.

Update 0.10.22.0
This update we tackled areas on the island of Metarahi with general improvements and addtions. Two areas in particular that got significant improvements are Metairangi and Rohai, with various other areas recieving new hidden locations to discover.
We've also done various performance improvements and included several achivement changes.
Patch Notes:
Environment
Added significant improvements to Matairangi and Rohai area.
Added general improvements to Pitonga roads.
Added various new hidden locations across Metarahi.
Fixed a dock with no collision near Toka.
General
Added several new hidden items across Metarahi and Atahua.
Added new side buttons to chat for common functions. An option to hide these will be in a future update.
Added improvements to loading screens.
Added various performance optimizations.
Added changes to walking achievements with Rambler and Wayfarer being removed. A new achievement ‘Runner’ is being added for traveling 5,000m distance on foot. This will be earned when you run the game for those who already have exceeded this distance.
Added changes to the swimming achievements with long distance swimmer and diver being removed. A new swimmer achievement is set at swim 3,000m.
Added changes to the air time achievements with all milestones being removed as we didn’t feel this fit with current gameplay.
Added changes to the ‘Groom’ achievement which involves applying the horse editor 25 times. For those that have the stats, this will re-earn when you run the game.
Added changes to various hidden item achievement milestones with it being simplified towards Scavenger (1), Hunter (25), Detectorist (100), and Accumulator (250). The reason for this change is consistency plus to remove achievement spam at lower levels.
Added new achievement milestones for smashable items, this follows same convention as the new hidden item milestones.
Added changes to Prop destruction achievements with all current milestones being removed. Instead there are new milestones for 25 (Ruffian), 100 (Hoodlum) and 250 (Bull In A China Shop). We felt this achievement didn’t fit with the current direction of the game as it wasn’t obtainable realistically through normal gameplay.
Added changes to global distance based achievements with all milestones being removed, this part of the change towards more action based achievements, rather than just high stat targets.
Added new picklockable hidden items with achievements for completing each.
Added changes to global time tracking achievements with all milestones being removed. These will still be used for calculating home ownership persistency, but will just no longer feature an actual achievement for reaching miletones.
Added additional picklocking achievements, for successfully picklocking 100 locks.
Update 0.10.21.0
This update is primarily fixes to our recent major update. One notable change we've made is that the server join menu now includes a 'featured' tab. Essentially the servers you see on this tab are the servers automatically chosen with two or more players on them, so during off-peak times there isn't a long list of empty servers and a split population.
We've also added a new pattern for Mako boat to item store, as well as one for the Scorpion buggy.
Patch Notes:
Customization
Added preset color options to the Mako boat simple pattern.
Added improvements to the default outfit for the Mako boat.
Environment
Fixed a dock with no collision near Toka.
General
Added featured servers menu tab to the join menu, for a server to automatically show up in this it has to have more than one person playing on it. All public servers can be found in the public server tab still. This is to stop new players joining empty servers at times when there is several empty server options available.
Added light breathing animation additive to sitting animations (ground and chair).
Fixed an issue with female skin texture during low gpu texture memory setups.
Item Store <*>Added Mako floral pattern.
<*>Added Scorpion star pattern.
