More & improved answers

Hey all!

We are constantly trying to make Emma smarter and better to answer all the questions you guys are asking here, so we have just rolled out a new update with new and improved answers, achievements and notes!

As always - Thanks for playing and giving us feedback!

Make sure to grab the game while it's free!

Hey all!

We just want to quickly remind everyone to get the game for free, while it remains in Early Access.

As it looks like today, the game will hit version 1.0 and leave Early Access (hence, no longer be free) within a few months.

Even though version 1.0 will be released, it doesn't mean the polishing, nor the updates, will stop. It just means, it is basically feature complete of all major features, including the ending, and it should no longer be regarded as a prototype.

But that's hopefully in a few months!

So make sure to grab the game now, install it, while it's free and remains in Early Access, and it should be free forever for you!

As always, thanks to everyone who is trying out the game. We keep polishing and improving the game, based on all feedback, so we are truly appreciative to everyone who tries it! :)

Steam Achievements

Hey all!

We are happy to say that we have no implemented all our in-game achievements to proper Steam achievements.

Meaning, there is, currently, now, 54 achievements you can try to find and achieve in the game.

Here's the kicker though;

We have made all achievements hidden by default, meaning these achievements are less like progression rewards, but more like various Easter Eggs. This is a mystery game after all :)

Since these are more like Easter Eggs, we don't want to reveal or spoil anything else more than what the title says, which is a clue to what the achievement is about.

We don't expect players to actively go achievement hunting, but for those who want, feel free to share and post your discoveries!

Once again, thank you all for play testing the game! We really appreciate all the people who boot up the game and just talk to Emma!

Thanks!

More & improved answers

More & improved answers

Hey all!

We are constantly trying to make Emma smarter and better to answer all the questions you guys are throwing at her.

Based on that, we've just rolled out an update that makes Emma slightly more intelligent and she is able to answer some more questions now!

Notebook added!

Hey all!

We have been thinking hard on how to add some kind of a system in the game that helps players navigate between all the information this game has.

But we also wanted to create a system that does not actually spoil the plot for the player, something easier said than done.

Based on that, we are new introducing a new system called the "Notebook" into the game.

Each time you discover key information regarding the plot, it will be added in your Notebook, so over time, the more key information you discover, the more it will be populated.

However, in order to not spoil the plot or all the characters in the game, we are still keeping them hidden.

Please feel free try it out and and we are looking forward to your feedback!

Quick history and new & improved answers

Hey all!

Based on feedback, we have now added a simple "History" menu option which contains the last recent asked questions and answers. We also did a monthly update to what Emma knows and responds with.

We are still working on the most asked feature; a detective board to help the player understand what to ask, because Emma knows so much.

This is extremely tricky for us to implement, because one of the core principles of this game is allow the player to act as a detective and we don't want to implement a system that basically spoils the story.

However, we are working on something called a "Notebook", which is not really a detective board, but is still a tool to help players. The first version of this should be implemented within a month.

But as always, if you have any feedback or suggestions or how to improve the game, feel free to join the Discord server!

Thank you for reading and thanks to everyone play-testing the Early Access!

Happy New Year!

Hey all!

First of all, we want to wish you all a Happy New Year and best wishes going forward!

Secondly, we have done another new update with a bunch of small fixes; we've added a new intro sequence with Simon as an experiment, done some various game improvements and finally also updated and improved a bunch of answers and voice lines.

We have also created a brand new Discord server (population 1), so if you have feedback or ideas of improvements, etc, feel free to join and share your opinions!

Once again, have a great happy new year!

Improved answers & more voice lines

Hey all!

This is just a quick update saying that we've done a fairly large update and tweaked a lot regarding Emma's dialogue, and we have added a bunch of more voice lines to the game!

Thank you all for your constant feedback, it helps us a lot! :)
