New Years Event
This is in order to thank you for playing Casual Pixel Warrior. It won't be pretty different to the christmas special event, altough it gives you a greater time frame to solve the quest!
What do you have to do?
- Collect 500 coins
- Frag 250 enemies
Do this in one match and then you can earn 100 gems!
We hope you are having great holidays and wish you a happy new year 2024!
We are also planning new updates for the next year and will inform you about that.
Christmas Quest Special 2023
From 9am - 12am CET you will have the opportunity to earn 100 gems!
You will have to frag a certain amount of enemies and collect a certain amount of coins in one match on any world.

August Summer Update 2023
I've just published the August Summer Update 2023!
Here are the changes:
- Show timer to indicate when daily quests reset
- Distinctive save file: Player props are now bound to Steam Account
- Greater damage for rocket launcher weapon
- Hint text for when you already own a shop item
- Mouse wheel support for shop and map selection menus
- Fixed messed up positioning of collectible items in bottom left section
- Pets now approach nearby food fast for a better feeding experience
- More bugfixes and improvements

Gem Hunter Quest #001
Gem Hunter Quest #001 coming soon!
I am happy to announce the first in-game event for Casual Pixel Warrior!
In this event you will have to solve 3 tasks in order to get 10 gems!
The tasks are as follows:
- Collect 300 coins
- Frag 150 enemies
- Do this with less than 65 dodges
You will have to do this task during the same match!
The event will take place on July 23th, 2023 from 6pm to 9pm EST.

Content Update July 2023
I've just published another content update.
The game now offers you to do daily quests which will in turn reward you with coins and gems. These quests repeat each day.
Also there is an hourly reward system implemented, so you should play the game regularly in order not to miss these rewards.
Furthermore I've fixed some bugs.

Another big content update
I've just published another big content update.
There is also a new map included: The waterland. It has a water/sea theme and is inhabited by alien forces.
Some opponents do now also occassionally drop gems. You can collect them and then sell them in the shop, which in turn gives you much more coins to buy goods.
Also I fixed many bugs and did more improvements.

Pet feeding is now enabled!
I've just published an update that changes the game so that you have to feed your pets in order for them to continue producing coins.
While the pets produce coins their hunger value increases and at some point they will stop making coins. You can see that they are hungry/angry when they have a cloud on their heads. You can obtain food for the pets in the shop using coins. Each pet has their special food and does only eat that particular food. Feeding works by approaching a pet and dropping/throwing the food using the THROW key. The game automatically checks which pet is the closest one and thus selects the appropriate food to drop automatically.

New years update
I've just published an update that improves some things in the game.
Changes include:
- Performance improvements
- Made greenland and snowland easier to play
- More enemies in lavaland
- Pets do now poop and you have to clean it to get coins
- You can now start a fresh game or continue your existing game (starting fresh will backup your current state)
- You can now use mouse wheel to scroll through your weapons
- Fixed a bug that game theme remained the same volume when adjusting volume in settings
- Small other improvements

Pet feature is now live
today I've published the pet feature. What does that mean exactly?
You can now obtain a dog from the shop that does the following:
- When you are in your basis it drops a few coins every now and then
- When you are in a match it drops 10-20 coins per minute in your basis which you can collect upon return
Because it is so helpful and a good boi, it is the most expensive purchasable item in the shop.
