Surprise! Unannounced until this point, I've been working on a fun new game mode for Caveblazers, and it's cheap as chips ($2 USD).
Key Features
Fight off endless waves of enemies in an ever-changing arena, gathering upgrades and new weapons after each wave.
Collect packs of cards as you level up in the arena, and tokens to spend in the shop! Select a deck of up to 5 cards before going in to the arena and create your build based on how you want to play.

Caveblazers now features local multiplayer! Just hit start on your 2nd controller before entering the caves to join as a 2nd player - alternatively you can use a keyboard and a controller.
Check out the new "Multiplayer" section of the settings to set which players are using which gamepad slots, etc...

Local multiplayer will be the main new feature of this update, and we've got a new trailer showing off some co-op action coming out soon. Alongside the multiplayer, there's also a bunch of changes & new stuff.

Development Update
Hey all, just a quick update on what's going on with the game's development:
Local co-op is still the prime focus - we're expecting it to be ready in the next 2 months and it should be awesome! It's taking a little longer than expected because we also want to get a bunch of new content in the update - new weapons, items, blessings, perks, all that jazz, as well as improving boss fights, and perhaps adding new bosses

After 14 long months in Early Access, we're finally ready to break free! ːsteamhappyː
There's loads of big changes coming with the full version tomorrow (24th May), the details of which will be included in tomorrow's announcement.

Release Date & Yogscast Publishing

It's now been over 2 months since the last Caveblazers content update, and we're gearing up for full release!
We now have a release date set: 24th of May, only 2 weeks away!
We're now working with the Yogscast who are going to be publishing the game. This is a great step forward for Caveblazers in terms of getting the word out, and our vision for the game is very much aligned.
So, what's to come in the full version? Here's a deliberately vague and incomplete list:

More story elements, including an ending to the game
Unlockable modifiers which change the way the game is played

Beta 1.5 - More Tweaks, Vsync, Framerate Issues
Hello!
This update adds a Vsync option to the Video Settings. Due to a limitation of the engine, there appears to be a framerate issue for those of you using 144Hz monitors.
If you're using a 144Hz monitor, there's a few options you can try:
Set your monitor to 60Hz mode and set Vsync to On
Set Vsync to Off
Set Vsync to Alternate
