Update 5!? Also what happened to update 4?? This week flew by. This update features a few new upgrades and a new game mode!
New features :
4 new upgrades (3 minor stackables and 1 regular)
Turbo mode!
A sort of turbo mode could be achieved before through the accessibility options but I added it to the computer in the hub room. Bit more official now.
Bug fixes and tweaks :
rocket tooth got a debuff
wall dashing into stunned enemies where your dash goes past enemy, is now instantaneous
sound and music volume increments at a lower amount
sound and music sliders actually slide
tooth won't get stuck....hopefully.
Updates from here on out will be on the small side to allow for work to be done on the bigger features. But we'll still be doing weekly updates with upgrades, new rooms and bug fixes or whatever else is ready to go.

Update 4 hot fix 2
This is addresses a bug that would not allow the game to start due to some save file conflicts. These should be resolved now.

golden heart no longer gives near infinite health
entamaphobia and one hit kill rooms no longer insta kill the player upon entering a room
Diseaple will offer minor upgrades if there are no more diseases in the spawn pool
Cavity Busters Update 4
Hey everyone! Got another update for ya. In this update we have looping! It's a bit early on at this point but it'll improve the longevity of a run if you feel like continue with the build you have. It'll be unlocked if you've beaten the game already.
New Stuff:
looping!
added about 20 new rooms
added 3 new upgrades
Fixes and Tweaks:
bowel movements increase each level
enemy stats are increased a bit in hard mode
enemies have a cool down after being stunned
you can now shoot shot gums with the shoot button when NOT holding your tooth
possible fix for rare cases of items not saving to a room
decreased spawn rate for stackable items
items now spawn properly in Isaac mode

Hello all!
This update is on the smaller side but contains some important little tweaks and fixes :)
New Stuff:
added about 10 new rooms
added a new upgrade
Fixes and Tweaks:
took out hotkey 'Z' for fullscreen
shot gums will continue to aim if it's still firing even if the button is released
fixed a bug where the player would take multiple hits of damage when rolling
the hub areas computer now works with a mouse
fixed a bug where players tooth would pass through an enemy at close range on charge shots
enemies stats have a high max increase on leaving diseases
Diseaple npc can offer up to four diseases
laser synergy now allows player to keep shooting tooth at lower damage
laser synergy can no longer be shot at super speeds
text from upgrades no longer overlap each other
can no long pick up multiple upgrades at a time causing upgrade info to be missed
when coming into a room over a hole, the player has a few moments to roll or jump out of danger
and a bunch more!

What's new: This update includes 1 disease, 1 power up and a new synergy to find! The synergy is called Inceptadupliplode. That's your hint for finding it :)

Cavity Busters 0.0.1 Update
Hiya everyone! This update was going to go out tomorrow but I found some urgent bugs that needed attention so I'm doing part now and the other bits tomorrow.
Fixes:
-item descriptions will now show up on items that you've already picked up before -items need to picked up by pressing the confirm button now -alt tabbing works properly -gave wall enemies a reminder prompt -made wall enemies a bit more menacing -laser eye bats have a harder hard attack -fixed an upgrade that wasnt unlocking -lasers stop if the enemy that shot them dies -heart burn no longer flashes when it's been cured -changed some text in the tutorials -walls have button prompts and indicators where you can dig -can't jump into enemies mouths anymore -there's a limit on digging. -changed how induplovis works. only activates when entering a room with enemies -added a game timer. tap/map button to see -changed some Seers attacks -nerfed spiders -nerfed spiders -nerfed spiders -fixed some bugs that crashed the game in the collectibles menu -upgrades that haven't been picked up before have a higher chance of spawning -fixed infinite cures from disease man

Hey everyone! Here's another pack of bug fixes plus a few features.
Fixes: -fixed the big bug that's been reported a lot ( i'm 99% sure it's fixed) -fixed several bugs tied to frozen upgrades. -fixed frozen enemies freezing the game. jerks -fixed bug that caused the last boss to just die. (easy win) what the heck.... -magic bean a just a bit less magic. the effects are a lot less -combo meter stops while bosses spawn -tooth now goes through meat lumps outside of combat -added timer to bullet hell npc room -map will open outside of combat when jumping to teleport to rooms -player no longer takes damage in ending scene -one of the code numbers to awaken Dronk has been simplified -added an option to game options to toggle holding dash to start a wall run -pickups should no longer show up on the map if they aren't there -fixed an instance where players are unable to shoot tooth -game pauses when you alt tab -fixed a few instances of enemies getting out the room
