Fixed a bug where levels could progress without all enemies being defeated.
This should result in a more even score distribution.
There is now a tutorial level at the start of each run.
This gives you a moment to catch your bearings before the game starts.
Four target enemies appear in the corners and the level waits until they die to progress.
These enemies do grant points and combo multiplier.

Passive Attacks are now 75% opaque up from 50%
The main menu now has a Quit button that leaves the game.
Escape and P can now be used to pause the game
You no longer resurrect if you die at the same time as a boss.

Launch Day!
Hello Everyone!
As we go forward on this adventure to save breakfast together I wanted to let you in on a few of our plans. Over the next few weeks we will be releasing additional content in the form of community objectives to unlock characters, levels, bosses, and power-ups.
Right now there is an event active to kill 10,000,000 enemies as a community in order to unlock the Teapot character. Depending on how long this takes it will help us to tune future events.
Aside from that our next goal is to launch on Mac and Linux as we promised on our Greenlight. That should all happen by 4/8/2016 and we will launch by midnight that night.
The next event should start around that time as well, stay tuned!
