Another day, another patch for Chef! While working on new features, we spent some time taking care of bugs and making minor improvements!
Changelog
Fixed an issue with Waiters and Chefs no longer being available after hiring too many of them in several different restaurants.
Fixed the "Al Dente" skill giving a double bonus to Lasagna Templates.
Fixed a few strings to improve clarity.
Balanced all Executive Chefs.
Fixed some missing strings.
Sorting by Energy in the Staff Ledger now works by sorting people by their percentage of Energy.
Added an Alert to inform the player about the lack of 4 seats tables, which may lead to many customers going away because all or most tables are with only 2 seats.
Rearranged all skills in the Skill Panel.

Patch 36 - version 0.9.2 changelog
Get ready for a new update! Version 0.9.2 is available, bringing some contents and several fixes!

Fixed a bug messing up the end of the day balance with more than a restaurant.
Fixed the Customer Counter to reflect Customers that are actually waiting for a Waiter to interact with them.
Fixed a bug that prevented the Menu Perks of other Restaurants to actually show properly.
Changed how Executives work: instead of switching when you go back to an older restaurant, they become unactive.
Fixed the tier 3 Coffee rating that was too low compared to other beverages.
Dishwashers now improve the Cleaning Ambience Rating
The Microwave now has a proper in game effect. Crappy cooking is now possible!
Added the Coffee Machine, it improves all non-alcoholic beverages.
Fixed an issue with all high-level skills affecting several templates, which will now work properly.

Major Update: Multiple Restaurants - version 0.9.0
Hello fellow Chefs, a new Major Update is available for Chef: A Restaurant Tycoon Game!
Prepare yourself, because you will finally be able to own more than a single Restaurant, creating new lucrative enterprises in the city. Executive Chefs will run the old Restaurant for you will you focus on the new one, but you will be able to go back and improve things as you like!
Please, be careful with older save games because they won't be compatible! If you want to keep playing with your old restaurant, you can open the game's properties on Steam, then head for the Betas panel and select version 0.8 from the dropdown menu!

Major Update - Revamped Furnishing - version 0.8.0
We are happy to announce that we just released a Major Update for Chef! We completely overhauled the existing Furnishing system, making it deeper, easier to use, and adding more than 50 new items!
We also improved ChefAdvisor with dynamic reviews and added a new Calendar mechanics that will let you people see the place swarming with customers during christmas and other holydays.
As always, we also brought some other minor improvements and fixed existing issues!

Improved and expanded the Furnishing: there are now different Styles and each Customer Category will react differently to them, to the point of not coming at all into the Restaurant if their minimum requirements are not met.
Added the Calendar Mechanic: the year has been divided in 48 weeks, and some of them have a chance of having unique modifiers affecting the gameplay, creating new challenges but also new opportunities.
Added more than 50 new decorations and furnishing pieces.
ChefAdvisor has been improved with dynamic reviews, offering a more in depth and realistic experience.
The overall Ambience Scores are now visible.
Added a new minor feature: the World Chef Ranking. It features the best Chefs in the world and allows the player to slowly climb it and become the best of all.

Fixed the blocking issues seeing several customers stuck outisde the restaurant.

Customers' AI has been improved when it comes to choosing from the menu. Each customer category has a precise choice profile based on their priorities.
Waiters performances have been improved.
A new toggle has been added in the Menu Panel to show/hide all pre-made recipes.
Added an alert to clearly signal if, during Recipe creation, the mandatory Ingredients are missing.
Fixed Colliders on Restaurant 401 to prevent certain paintings to melt inside the wall, creating a new kind of art the world is not ready to witness.
The Master Chef achievement is now working properly.
Placed a limit on customers waiting outside to prevent the formation of massive crowds which worsened the overall performances.

Patch 31 - version 0.7.5 changelog
A new patch for Chef has been released!
We fixed all compatibility issues between the new editor and the old saves, so the Reworked Editor patch is now the default one! For anyone interested in playing with the old version, we added a new branch in the game's Beta panel.
The old version can be accessed by accessing Chef's properties on Steam, then heading to the Beta panel and choosing the version 0.7!

Patch 30 - Expanded Recipe Editor!
A new patch for Chef has been released! The patch can be temporarily accessed on the beta branch!
We are very happy to deliver you an improved Recipe Editor: it is now possible to precisely tune the amount of all ingredients used in the recipe, and editing recipes has been made easier, funnier, and more realistic!
Changelog
The Recipe Editor has been reworked in many aspects, the UI is now more informative and it is possible to change a Recipe Name, Template, and Icon at any time.
Tags are now applied to custom recipes following different rules, and a nice slider updated in real time let the player know about the Recipe's Tags.
The three Quantity rows have been removed, and it's now possible to fine tune the weight of all ingredients used, which will affect their impact on the Recipe's taste.
It is now possible to change an Ingredient's Quality more easily when the recipe is being made.
It is now clearer which Skills affect the rating of a Recipe.
The performances when opening and using both the Recipe Editor and the Ingredient Panel have dramatically improved.
The Ingredient Panel has been reworked to be better looking and clearer.
Ingredients are now unlocked like Skills, therefore to unlock the third Tier of an Ingredient is now necessary to have both Tier 1 and Tier 2
Flour is now aroma neutral.
Pasta related skills have been fixed to apply to all templates.
The character creation screen have been improved.
Fixed some bugs connected to the staff Morale.
The rating in Hats for a Recipe is now scaled with the player's Popularity
Some Skills have been balanced.
