Great news! Update 1.4.0 is already out!


In the current version we have improved the gameplay and the balance. Here is a list of changes that you will find in Chronicles Of Vinland:

1) Missions from Indian tribes have become more exciting!
Now each tribe has a well-developed history and is ready to share with us its unique resources.
In this regard, please, draw your attention to the fact that the current players will lose the relations progress with the Indians. But those who have already achieved “Peaceful domination”, the game progress will continue.



2) We added a new parameter - the population.
We improved the balance of upgrades and building construction, making a small, but very important step towards a real strategy.

3) Changed the rating system.
Now the rating takes into account the development of the settlement in all ways: extraction of resources, defenсe development, relations with Indian tribes, the level of influence of our settlement and its strength.



4) Improved the game balance.
We reworked the balance of the game and added realism and logic to it. Be sure to share your impressions in the comments and discussions!



5) Great bugfix
We have analyzed all your reviews to find all the described bugs and fix them!

Chronicles of Vinland is finally released!

Hello, world!

We’ve been working on our game for a long time. We’ve been listening to your opinions. And finally we’re releasing Chronicles of Vinland into full access mode!


We’re happy to tell about results of our work:



  • Game now has a captivating story with clear final goal and its fascinating world has been expanded;

  • Global map of Vinland (known as Newfoundland in our time) Island were added;
  • Added 5 distinct native tribes (with visual style based on actual Abenaki and Mikmaq cultures) and possibility to make contacts with them; 

  • The Trust mechanics were added: as you complete missions, you gain more trust in relations with certain native tribe;
  • Ways of gaining Influence were rebalanced;
  • Added new achievements;
  • Finally, based on your opinions and wishes, we cut the price!
