Purians Campaign! Update 07-02-2024

Welcome! After a nearly three-month long break, we bring you a huge update that not only improves almost every aspect of the game, but also adds the long-awaited campaign of the Purians faction! We hope the new adventure will keep you entertained for hours as you traverse Karkhan alongside Harwig, the commander of the Purians.

IMPORTANT: Due to huge changes in the game, the old save files will not work properly. However, the existing campaign progress will be preserved.

Greetings! In today's update, we have prepared a number of fixes and new features for you. We encourage you to take a look at them!



  • Changed the appearance of 22 structures located on the map
  • The path set in the previous turn no longer disappears when setting a new path
  • Added tooltips for controls and interaction on the map
  • Objects and units can no longer be deselected on the map
  • In the settings, you can disable motion acceleration (after you press RMB while moving)




  • Rams can no longer win a quick battle on their own
  • It is no longer possible to walk over a destroyed bridge
  • Shrines and monoliths now heal flying units
  • Fixed bug with disappearing units after loading the game
  • Fixes to changing the appearance of the cursor when hovering over map elements




  • Changed portraits of some units
  • Adjustment of castle UI for ultrawide monitors
  • Showing the chances of winning against an enemy after hovering over it on the map

Have a great Friday! With today's update, we will see the climax of Elena's story in the last two missions of the Heathens campaign:

  • Unity for Freedom - Elena must unite rebellious governors to face increasingly powerful forces of the Purians
  • Karkhan has Never Neen Like This Before… - Leaders of Heathens and Purians will cross their swords in the final battle.

In addition, we have made numerous changes and improvements to a few aspects of the game:



  • New mission - Unity for Freedom (5th mission of the Heathens campaign).
  • New mission - Karkhan has Never Neen Like This Before… (6th mission of the Heathens campaign).
  • Fixes to AI behavior on map
  • Elena unit model is now proper loaded on “A Lost Home” map




  • Change of visualization of path display for units on map
  • Improvements to the VFX appearance of skills effects
  • Fixes to the display of dialog boxes
  • New bug/feedback reporting window in the main menu




  • Seer now applies an effect that reduces counterattack damage automatically after an attack
  • The Shielder lowers the damage received to all units around him, instead of selecting a specific target
  • Adept and Seer deal more damage to units with the Glyphic trait




  • Fixing missing translations
  • The dragon will no longer stuck while attacking

Have a great Friday! In today's update, in addition to a number of changes, we bring you first of all two new missions for the Heathens campaign:

  • When a Legend Comes True - explore with Elena a cavern in which she will encounter an ancient evil
  • Bloody Vengeance - help Elena take care of refugees fleeing from the Purians army

In addition, we have fixed numerous reported bugs and made changes that we believe will positively affect your gameplay experience.



  • New mission - When a Legend Comes True (3rd mission of the Heathens campaign).
  • New mission - Bloody Vengeance (4th mission of the Heathens campaign).
  • You can no longer recruit heroes in the tavern
  • Changed the maximum technology level for the map: A Lost Home, Sanctified Ash (1st and 2nd maps of the Heathens campaign)




  • Improvements to camera responsiveness
  • Ability to move the camera by holding down the LPM
  • The camera no longer moves behind the player's squad moving across the map
  • Highlighting of interactive elements on the map (excluding castles and mines)
  • New battle start and end window
  • Improved sorting of units and buildings in the castle (all available units are moved to the top of the list, and built buildings to the bottom)
  • New UI interaction sounds
  • New icons - counterattack, battle bound and environment




  • The scale of unit statistics has been changed
  • Rebalanced gold increment in all missions
  • Changed the cost of units in barracks and taverns




  • Fixed missing translations
  • Fixed bug with disappearing fur of warg
  • Bug fix related to removing items from the production queue in the castle

First roadmap update!

After a long period of dedicated and enthusiastic work, we are thrilled to unveil major updates in Clash II. With appreciation for your invaluable feedback, we have crafted a host of new features for you to explore. We are very curious to hear your impressions!

Update July 6th:

  • Modernized version of almost the entire UI
  • Visual modifications to achieve a more climatic game world
  • Improved camera changes for better player visibility
  • Game balance improvements and fixes
  • New neutral units - bandits


With this, we were able to tick off two points from our roadmap - a big step towards the end of the early access stage.





Upcoming Update!

The upcoming update will change the user interface on the world map, battle maps and in the castle view. The interface has been reworked completely from scratch. Your feedback about the previous version was invaluable for our team, as we aimed to make the new one as intuitive and convenient to use as possible. The new interface was designed in parallel with the game mechanics and improvements that will be coming in the following updates.

This is just the first of many great changes approaching the continent of Karkhan!
