Today, we got another Quality of Life update. We have removed some physics puzzles, as we recognized that they were more an annoyance than a fun quirk. We have Added a few quality updates that will make the game more playable.
Fixes:
- Eye Spider monster attacks now triggers a very specific sound, which makes it clear when you are beeing attacked. - Removed Big plank physics puzzles (Placing them to make a bridge) - Added more save points. - Fixed the Softlock in the end of the game. (You could lock yourself if you died after opening the door, as you'd spawn after the door but the door would be locked, now, the door has just been removed.) - Reworked settings menu to look better - Made the shooting enemy soldiers shoot 50% less fast to enable easier peaking behind cover for the player. - Fixed some spelling errors. - Placed the ''Ammo picked up'' and ''Door is locked'' texts somewhere else, so they dont overlap eachother and other texts.

Claustrophobia: Update 2.0
Claustrophobia is back with a new ending, more content, new enemies and reloading mechanic for the PDW-K. Try this free update out now, And Escape the facility!
We have added many new things to claustrophobia as listed here below, now with a better and clearer ending, and more lore added in between the game. Also a new character has been added, a General, that wants to see you dead more than any thing else.
Added:
- Reload mechanic for PDW-K. (Submachine gun) - Ammo to be found for PDW-K. - New enemy; Hasmat Soldier - New area; Habitat - Extended story, about 30 minutes of extra gameplay. - 2 more lore pages. - New & Changed ending. (No spoilers here...) - New combat OST for firefight.
Fixed:
- Visual bugs fixed. - PDW-K sound change. - PDW-K Fire rate increased. - PDW-K max ammo changed to 33. - PDW-K location in hand changed, now looks more realistic.

Update 2.0, Coming soon.
New Update Claustrophobia coming! - This is a bit spoiler heavy! so if you want to play the game for the first time, dont read. -
I launched a poll a few days ago on instagram where most people opted for a new update on claustrophobia instead of nothing or a sequal. With this in mind, I thought about what to add more. And I figured out that the ending of claustrophobia is pretty lack luster, and doesnt have enough depth.
Hence, I want to add a few more changed that will basically overhaul the whole ending and make it pretty large, This will add a LOT of content and it will definitely be worth replaying the game for.
I'm basically overhauling the story a bit, in the past, (SPOILERS!!) you would be taken and used for the Antidote of Anguss C2. But now I wanted to offer an alternative ending, you can pick up arms and fight the military shooter style, take them down and escape with a vehicle so that you won't be forced to die for the cause.
I will add a reload mechanic to the PDW-K (Submachinegun).
I will add enemy AI that will shoot and talk, which will add a whole new depth of combat.
I will add a extended story, where you evade the military and escape.
I will add more explaination for the story as a whole.
I will add about 1 hour to the core game. making this game approx. 5 hours long!
Hope you guys will enjoy this Free DLC. I'm not planning on making making it a payed DLC because I just really want this game to shine, eventhough it's been released in 2021. (It should have been early access) But with over 300 sales, I really want it to get even higher!

A quick update that fixes some more issues that started to arise.
Fixed:
- Added localized sounds from big Mutant AI. - First moveable platform widget fixed. - Fixed multiple clipping walls. - Fixed crawler 2 in the long airshaft, raised the ceiling, the nailgun would only hit the ceiling. Now Fixed. - Added credits at the end of the game.

Welcome to Spooktober, halloween is back and so is Claustrophobia with a new update! Lots of things have been adjusted, changed and added.
Updated gunplay, tracers, bullets that actually impact wallls/enemies.
Added
- Extended end area, makes for a slightly longer gameplay. - Added Projectile tracers. - Added Projectile impact effects. - Added Projectile impact localized sounds. - Added a very clear indication of research, now you know where to find it! - Added more story expainations throughout the game.
Fixed
- Enemy mutant was un-killable, now fixed. - Scare effects respawned after death, making for a weird scene when you return. Fixed. - Fixed bullet collisions. - Fixed bullets not going to the cursor, now it goes directly where you aim. - Fixed doors closing again after opening. - Fixed doors beeing able to be closed by pressing E while they are opening. - Changed total game size from 18.2GB to 5GB!

Update 1.811 Hotfix
There were a few issues with some AI placements, have been adjusted.
Update 1.8 RE-Release
Dear horror fans,
We've taken some steps to Re release claustrophobia, we've fixed all bugs that were found in the last year, and we have removed the Survival gameplay because of lack of intrest and to many bugs. It was a fun idea, but It did not really go as we had hoped so we decided to lay the priority more on the main game.
We have added some new areas, a new lab area that expands the core game by a bit, with a new enemy that we have taken from the survival gamemode. We have also re-wrote a few notes and expanded upon the story of Claustrophobia. With this Re-release, we really hope to revive the Claustrophobia game and hopefully you guys will like it more.
We also have made the game a bit smaller in size by removing some unnessesary files. It's not 18 gigabyte instead of 20 gigabyte.
Thanks so much for everyone who has played claustrophobia and who has let us know the issues with the game, we hope that this will solve all the problems and will keep the game alive!
