Fixed an issue where the customizer would not automatically match the window or doorway you were aiming at.
Added a tooltip to presents to tell you its not time to open them

Fixed lighting on some maps, it was pale before.

What Commercium is, and what it's going to be
Hello all, I felt that I should shedding some light on what Commercium is going to be, and what it currently is. This goes to all the people that wonder "What is this game?" but don't understand it completely yet. This will be a lengthy post, so if you don't want to read it, there will be a short version at the bottom. Thanks!
What is Commercium trying to be?
We are aiming to make Commercium the sandbox game to beat all sandbox games. By that, we plan to have everything that should be in a modern sandbox game. Player customization, so that you can create your own player, Houses you build or buy, Vehicles to drive, Animals to tame & hunt, but we don't stop there. In the end, we want you to be able to mine for supplies to make your houses and things from nothing, living off the wilderness, automatic machines that do the farming/refining for you, Items to craft, Custom guns, tools and buildings, Farm crops to plant/grow, Houses to break into and steal from, banks to use, Animals to breed. We also plan for there to be a goal-based system, where you have to do all of these things to "finish" the game.
Why not put that on the store page?
We do not want to mislead people by "advertising" features we do not have currently, and plan to update the store page as features are added. Commercium is only in it's second month on steam, and we plan to be finished by June/July, so we have a long way to go.
What is Commercium like Currently?
Commercium is currently a decent house building game, with hints of the other features in. We believe if you want to build interesting houses, you can already do that. You can also sit in a chair and hold other players at gunpoint, and ride horses through town!
Short version?
Commercium will be the sandbox to finish all sandbox games. We'll see to it. We plan to create something no one has seen before, and since you can currently jump a horse over another player, hop off your horse and watch YouTube on the in-game television, We're off to a unique start.

Added Job Roles! You can be the Mayor, Police, Doctor or Detective
Mayor can charge people taxes, raising the price of all items in the game.
Police can handcuff players. No misbehaving!
Doctors can heal other players, and regenerate health on their own.
Detectives can tell who items belong to, and other helpful information.
All new jobs can be found at the new in game Jobs building
Voting for mayor occurs at city hall.
The pawn shop has arrived! It allows you to sell your things. You'll find it in another new building in both town maps.
Added a barrel to furniture. It's also practical, you can store things in it
Added presents to the game! Small, medium and large ones! You cannot open them yet... ;) We have one more update before the holiday!
Fixed a bug where your cursor would become stuck
Fixed a bug where some keys would not work properly
Fixed the day night cycle in multiplayer, it should sync properly now
Fixed the horse making jumping noises from miles away
Fixed a bug where land mines would not disappear
Fixed a bug where land mines could not be shot
Changed Bank time, so that it would accumulate interest a little slower.
Changed Horses to buck you off if they are hurt. No more free rides!
Fixed a bug with half walls not detecting furniture right. It was hard to hang pictures on them.

Hello all! We wanted to cram a few more things into the upcoming update, so we're holding it until Sunday. We are excited to see what you all will do with the new content! :)
Also, This week's dev game will be tomorrow the 17th, from 7pm to 10pm, Eastern time. Another chance to tell us what you think, pop in and say hello! :)

Another small patch for 0.1.2, fixing more bugs
Added a metal detector! Can tell if someone has weapons on them, if they pass through it. Sold in the electronics section
Fixed an issue with shift clicking items
Fixed an issue with the explosive launcher killing the person that fires it
Fixed several flaws with land mines.

If you've been following our early access description, which is going to get bigger as the game does, Then you should know that we plan to have polls on what you guys want us to work on first. The time is now!
We have an update coming, and you can choose what's in it!
There are four options to choose from: Farming, Furniture, Crafting, and Jobs.
While voting is coming along on that, we will be working on a UI redesign.

0.1.1 minor patch 2
Another minor patch rolling out, adding a tiny bit of polish:
Added a smoother door opening animation
Added effects for weapons, they should be a tiny bit more pretty
Fixed object placing so you can see the entire object
Fixed material names not showing properly in the customizer
Fixed menu so that you cannot walk away from something you have open
Developer Game Tomorrow!
Tomorrow (the 10th of December), from 4 PM to 6PM ET, We will be hosting a server and playing Commercium! This is your chance to pop in to tell us how we're doing, ask any questions, tell us what you do and don't like! We will try to have these every Saturday, if development time permits.
I will personally be in the server the entire time, and our artist may pop in occasionally as well!
