Hello everyone, we have some nice new features for Commonβhood; New Stages for the Multiplayer and Sandbox modes of the game. Now you can finally play creative mode in any of the areas of the factory; West wing, Pumping Grounds, Machine Room, Factory Entrance, Green House, Barren Lands and the Shipyard. You can build creations in these locations with your friends in multiplayer. We have also continued fixing bugs based on the feedback we have received. See below the update notes, we hope you enjoy the update.
π±- New Sandbox and Multiplayer stages π±- Hold to pack feature (pack any machine, blueprint, or custom object) π±- Quick swap between UI/inventory panels on the controller (d-pad) π±- Inventory overflow (receiving items with a full inventory) now spawns boxes with the items π±- Split the look sensitivity slider into X and Y components π±- Blueprint breakdown now works on the controller as well (hold X and then L trigger)
βοΈ- Lost in-world key items now respawn if not detected in player inventories βοΈ- Solar panels no longer depend on light levels. They now work like a consistent generator without the fuel costs
π- Fixed save panel input field not working π- Crops now save their growth in other regions properly π- Added additional safeguards for saving key items π- Fixed settings dropdowns to display appropriate selections π- The research panel now displays unlocked tech regardless of the tech level of the bench used π- Blueprint aux panel steps list now scrolls on the controller

We are finally bringing all the recent console updates to Steam, including controller support and major improvements to gameplay, optimization, and many bug fixes. Hi @everyone, we have been working hard resolving performance issues, bugs, and balance. We are happy to bring a new patch with major performance gains in many areas of the game. We felt that many players were experiencing performance issues, so hopefully, this helps. We have also been chasing many bugs that have been difficult to replicate, as they are error states that we have not seen on our end. Specifically, we have been working on the βEnd of Dayβ bug, and we have done many corrections and improvements that we think might fix some of the issues, but we are still trying to get to the bottom of it, so please let us know if issues persist.

Hi @everyone, we have been hard at work developing controller support and expanding our Sandbox environment. We have also started a streaming series where we play the sandbox and build interesting designs live. As for bug fixes, we have been chasing bugs related to time being inaccurate and we managed to find some imprecisions in the calculation of time in late-game save files, so hopefully, this update fixes some of these issues.

Commonβhood is now two months old and we couldnβt be more grateful for your support. Thank you for continuing to engage with us closely on our community platforms and being patient with us! π
Although we have been working hard to actively fix recurring bugs and common issues, we know there have been hiccups along the way. In our efforts to provide quick solutions, we have released nine patches to date. We know that sometimes these patches are capable of introducing new issues. Going forward, we want to be more mindful of thorough testing before releasing new patches.
