Updates in the Coming Days/Weeks
We plan on adding Steam Achievements in the next week (they will be retroactive as well), as well as improving food animations. We will also be adding new prep stages for many of the foods, and adding additional foods as well!
The game is composed of four sections- West, East, North and South Helianthus, each taking up about 25% of the game- and with each new section all new foods will be added in. For Early Access you'll be able to explore Moraine and West Helianthus!
We will also be issuing rapid patches for any crashes or major bugs that we see on our Discord (be sure to stop by to give us your feedback! It's the fastest and easiest way to communicate with the devs!)
Updates in the Coming Months
We're already working on our next story update, coming in our first major content release for the summer. That one is going to continue the story and wrap things up in West Helianthus- from there, our next three major updates will have tons of story, all new foods, over a dozen new locations each, and tons more, including a few additional music tracks!

'Cook Serve Forever' Early Access Arrives on Monday!

Cook Serve Forever Delayed One Week (May 15th)
Due to this we're going to miss our original planned release date by one week- we will now be launching the game May 15th. This was not an easy decision- we have been working tons and tons of hours since January's demo build to get ready for launch- and I'm so sorry to disappoint those that were ready to get cookin'. But the last thing we want to do is release a game that's not up to the standards that we've shown for the last ten years.

There’s only one week left until Cook Serve Forever launches in Early Access on May 8th and we’re excited to announce the full cast, our launch day AMA, and how you can help influence development!

Meet the Full Cast
When we began work on Cook Serve Forever, we thought we’d end up with 3-5 voiced characters. After all, Cook, Serve, Delicious! 3?! only had four voiced characters (two of whom only appeared in the final levels) so 3-5 seemed like a lot. However, Cook Serve Forever grew to include over 35 characters with at least one speaking line.
Bringing these characters to life would be impossible without the truly unbelievable talents of our voice cast. So without further adieu, here is the full cast list for Cook Serve Forever:

Q: How much will Cook Serve Forever cost?
A: Cook Serve Forever will cost $29.99 USD.
However, there will be a 10% discount for owners of Cook, Serve, Delicious! 3?! and a 20% discount for owners of the entire Cook, Serve, Delicious! trilogy via “complete the set” bundles on Steam!
On top of that, we’ll also be offering a 10% discount on Steam to everyone for the entire week of the launch ending May 15th at 1 PM EST! These deals stack together so be sure to buy Cook Serve Forever on launch week for up to 30% off!
Q: What will be included in the Early Access launch?
A: The initial Early Access launch will include roughly the first 25% of the game, including dozens of recipes and variations, over a dozen locations, full cutscenes for this portion of the story, and full perks and difficulty systems. More updates, including a local co-op mode, will be available starting this summer — see the roadmap above for more details!
Q: Where's the best place to leave feedback?
A: The best place to report any bugs, suggestions, or complaints is in our Discord. If you love the game, please leave a positive review on Steam — it really helps us out!
Q: Why are you launching in Early Access?
A: We had a great experience releasing Cook, Serve, Delicious! 3?! in Early Access and it’s the best way to get the game in players’ hands as soon as possible while also gathering valuable feedback for version 1.0.
Q: What consoles will Cook Serve Forever be available on?
A: While we cannot 100% confirm any specific console versions until we’ve completed the approval processes, we’re aiming to release Cook Serve Forever on all three major platforms along with 1.0 on PC.

Ongoing: Story Content, New Perks, New Recipes and Variations, Unlockables, New Locations, and ongoing bug fixes and performance improvements.
Summer 2023: Local Co-op Mode -- Play with a friend through the entire campaign. Easily drop in and out!
Fall 2023: Cooking School -- Slice and dice your way to the top of the class in this challenging side mode!
Winter 2023/Early 2024: v1.0 -- Additional features and content will be added for v1.0. We are always listening and responding to user feedback!

Cook Serve Forever Next Fest Demo Available Through February 19
While we understand CSF ultimately won't be for everyone, we’ve been overwhelmed by the positive response the demo has received from old fans and new players alike. Heck, the demo made the shortlist of both RockPaperShotgun and Polygon of the best games of Steam Next Fest to check out, which is a tremendous honor!
From the bottom of our hearts, we want to thank everyone who played the demo, and we especially thank those who helped spread the word and shared their invaluable feedback.

It's Friendship Games Week!
Our friends at Frogsong Studios have brought back their Friendship Games Week event for 2023 -- celebrating the best of local co-op games!
To mark the occasion, we'll be live February 14th playing games in the co-operative friendly Cook, Serve, Delicious! series at 10a Pacific / 1p Eastern on the Cook, Serve, Delicious! 3?! store page and CSD 1-3 Bundle page.
We'll also take a peek at our upcoming release Cook Serve Forever at some point during the stream.
