Hello friends, some new content this week. We've added a new SHIELD weapon. You can use this to deflect enemy shots, and keep troublesome enemies at bay. You can buy it in the upgrades / items menu.
We cleaned things up to prepare for adding more research and upgrades in the future. To get things started, we added a Disc Weapon +2 upgrade, and a Defender Bot +1 which gives a double-shot. These will definitely change in the future!
The localization will now follow your steam setting. You can change your desired language in steam properties (right-click Cosmic Trip, Properties, Language tab).
As usual many minor fixes, optimizations and balance tweaks to keep things in order. There was a lot of good progress on other upcoming features too, we'll have them rolling out soon too.

This week we have some cleanup of enemy behaviour which should improve the combat to feel a bit better. Batteries now shouldn't accidentally be pulled out, and the annoying menu not highlighting bug should be resolved.
Some of the team was out of town this week, but we made some more good progress on upcoming features too, we'll be posting more details very soon!

The build this week has some light fixes for Asian languages. We're doing some groundwork for upcoming features which will roll out soon (some extra tools, strategy mode, etc).
