These appear above the current subtitles (or in place of, if subtitles are switched off) and give additional text hints for what the screen hotspots achieve. If beta feedback is successful we'll get them translated up and roll into main - have fun!

Brazilian-Portuguese Subtitles Are Here!
We're thrilled to announce that BR-PT subtitles are now available in the beta branch. HUGE thanks to FMV fan André Oliveira for translating all 26,000 words (yes, even "whistle swinger") and making Poe and Munro available to Brazilian players!
Also in the beta branch are some minor fixes and a menu news system for those all-important messages from the devs! That should be rolling into live soon.

Spend three nights in a cursed gallery solving the cold-case murder of Mordechai Grey, a tortured artist killed by one of six deadly muses. Hang portraits to see into the past, whilst solving puzzles and exploring ever-changing rooms. Will you be artful enough to catch the murderous muse?
Our fourth FMV outing blends 3D and FMV together, to create a fully first person perspective interactive murder mystery, which we hope to port for VR players too!

+ Added a pause icon to show when the current video has been paused
Bug Fixes
- Music during the Dr Dekker section should now transition correctly between different tracks
- You can no longer attempt to pause videos from menus, which was causing various visual bugs
- Subtitles should now track more precisely when skipping ahead in a video
- Fixed a number of subtitles that were not appearing when they should
- Fixed some unexpected menu interactions when using a mouse and keyboard, and some unique to playing with a controller

+ Improved the way subtitles are processed to reduce the likelihood of errors in the future
[Fixed] Bug that would cause previous choices to re-appear when replaying incomplete episodes

+ A few Quality of Life changes, including being able to see the selected subtitle size from the Settings menu and additional menu navigation using a controller
[Fixed] 'It Ended With a Kiss' achievement should now unlock correctly
[Fixed] Updating the formatting of tooltips, to improve readability in some languages
[Fixed] The game will now select a random choice when using a controller when choices are left to play out
[Fixed] Some of the longer and larger subtitles were being displayed incorrectly in smaller windows
[Fixed] Settings will now default to English if the saved language is not detected when rolling back to previous versions
[Fixed] Updated the font and font size for some languages to improve clarity
