Below are some details on existing features and future plans to address the most common concerns post-release. Thanks to everyone for reaching out.
Free Gold
In Darza's Dominion, we currently have and are looking to vastly expand our Challenges system. As of now, you are able to complete Challenges and earn 8810 gold completely free just by playing the game.
To get to the Challenges menu, simply click the two swords icon next to the minimap. I have completed many of the challenges but you can visit our wiki to see the uncompleted ones.
This feature is not mentioned at all and we are committed to making our new-player tutorial cover all of these topics so nothing is missed.
Daily Gold Quests
In a future update, we'll be adding Daily Gold Quests. A number of quests, a few easy and at least one hard, will randomly assign to you each day. Completing all of them will give you a maximum of 25 gold per day by just playing the game and completing the quests!
Besides Challenges, we want players to be able to have a free route of collecting gold. Please join our discord if you'd like to add to our growing list of daily quests.
Free Vault Slot
Starting with the next server update (4/26/2022), we'll be increasing the starting number of Vault chests to 2 instead of 1. Existing created accounts will also get a free vault chest unlocker.
Character Slot Challenge
In a future update, hopefully with the release of mobile, we'll be introducing a new challenge (name pending). This challenge will allow you to unlock a 2nd character slot entirely for free! This will be on top of already existing challenges and will not replace any gold given from those challenges.
We hope this will help alleviate the concerns of starting out with 1 character slot. The challenge will be geared towards leveling up and maxing a character. This should give it a natural progression to a new player just starting out.
