Deus Ex games on sale, Eidos-Montréal and Square Enix proceeds benefit charity
The gaming community knows the importance of uniting in the face of adversity. In this spirit, we’d like to inspire everyone to make an impact: even from quarantine, you can help those in need in the difficult situation caused by COVID-19. Eidos-Montréal and Square Enix will make a donation to Food Banks of Quebec in an amount equal to the proceeds Square Enix receives from purchases of games in the Deus Ex franchise on Steam between March 30, 2020 at 12am, and April 1, 2020 at 11:59pm PDT.
The following Deus Ex games are included in this event: the Game of the Year Edition of Deus Ex (the original masterpiece), Deus Ex: Invisible War, the Director's Cut of the applauded Deus Ex: Human Revolution, and the critically acclaimed Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, the latest entry in the franchise.

Two years after the twists and turns of Human Revolution, return to the cyberpunk world of covert agent Adam Jensen. The increasing oppression of augmented humans has created a climate of fear, forcing him to operate in a world of escalating paranoia and suspicion.
Mankind Divided is polished with Apple’s Metal 2 graphics technology, delivering Deus Ex onto the OS in spectacularly polished form.
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided coming to macOS on Dec 12
We're happy to announce that Deus Ex: Mankind Divided is coming to macOS on December 12, and will be polished with Apple’s Metal 2 graphics technology.
Please be aware that despite the best efforts of Feral Interactive, developer of this version, they couldn’t get Deus Ex: Mankind Divided to run well enough on Intel and Nvidia graphics cards. Therefore, the initial release will support AMD graphics cards only.
To run Deus Ex: Mankind Divided you will need a 3GHz Intel Core i5 processor running macOS 10.13.1, 8GB RAM and a 2GB AMD Radeon M290 or better. The game is supported on all these Macs:
All 15" MacBook Pros released since late 2016
All 21.5" Retina 4K iMacs released since 2017
All 27" Retina 5K iMacs released since late 2014
All Mac Pros released since late 2013
The Macs listed below are also capable of running the game but do not consistently meet the high standards required for official support. This means they can run the game, but may not get the best out of it in terms of performance, graphics and stability:
15" Retina MacBook Pro released in mid 2015 with an AMD Radeon R9 M370X
We have just released another PC patch for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, v1.17 build 795.0_P17, which focuses on issues raised by the community.

Added an option to quit to desktop from the pause menu.
Fixed an issue with the zoom acceleration of the mouse when pressing + and – on the map.

If you wish to delay this update to a later time for your convenience, you will be able to stay on the previous patch by switching to build v1.16_build761.0 through the beta tab within the game properties window.
