The next build will be coming out as soon as some testing is done by my testers. I want to make sure there are as little bugs as possible. I'm hoping for a weeks’ worth of testing and then it will go live next Sunday.
This build is the largest in terms of everything. The main quest is in, 25 quest that take you to the end game. The first group of skills are in along with the start of damage modifiers. There’s a store, resources to gather, and enemies. Each zone has enemies in them, while not fully fleshed out they do offer loot and xp. Still working on the damage and health they deal and have.

Updated Trailer
Much progress had been made on the latest version of the game. While not quite ready for play, I did take the time to remake the game trailer with the latest game play footage.
Wait till the end and you can get a glimpse of the Suikoden inspired larger battles. Much more on that soon.
As for current progress, the main story is in and done. All of the zones are in and playable except the last zone. One of the 4 playable characters is done, the others will follow quickly. Right now I am adding some sound, adding more to the zones in relation to the main story, working on those larger battles, and once that is done, I will hand it off to my testers for a quick bug check before uploading it to steam.
I'm am going for larger, more polished updates so I'm sorry it takes a bit longer but I want give everyone the best experience I can with an alpha build. While this next build will be the largest yet in terms of content it will still be very linear in terms of game play. With the main story done, I will be able to add in, more crafting, items, quest, and continue to fix bugs.
Also I want to let those who made suggestions know that I still will support left hand users, I still will be adding in a pet/companion system, and I am constantly tweaking the zones to make sure things look nice in game. Thanks for the support and keep the great suggestions and comments coming in.

Progress Update/Feedback Changes coming
Two new zones, the mountain area and the forbidden zone (lots of bad things) have been started. These are the last two zones and will finish out the main story line.
Big changes will be coming soon, all based on feedback received. Some of the earlier zones will be adjusted, as will some of the quest locations. The save point will be relocated in town to help avoid unnecessary running around. Town layout will change to help create a better flowing town.
UI changes will be again completely changed.
Inventory management and survival crafting will get updated systems along with the harvest, skills, and combat system.
Feedback has been positive for the location harvest system, but not so much on the time it takes or the constant clicking so that will be changed. Auto harvest will continue to harvest until you click stop, so when you need a ton of wood you can leave them crafting. Also I will be adding in different resource nodes for the ores, having to get ore from stone nodes was very bad and frustrating. Also the different types of wood, stone will be removed and instead you will need to craft planks for some buildings.
Skills weren’t really that important in previous builds, but they will be in the new one, and they will have better bonuses.
Combat will only change slightly, instead it will start using skills more.
One big change will be the player model. Many have been asking for different choices, and women models. After talking with many players, and testing some gameplay I decided to go with a much different armor system. The main and only reason I've been using the player model currently in the game was due to the lack of 3d models with different armors. But after the feedback I will go with an armor system that doesn't change the players armor instead boost its stats on the back end. Doing this I can allow the players to pick a woman or a man. Also doing it this way I will add in some stat bonus depending in which one you choose. It will almost be like a class system, but you won’t be limited, just get maybe a stat boost to strength etc. All this means is you won’t be crafting armor for yourself, instead crafting upgrade kits for your current armor that have their own buffs. (Now again if I get a 3d modeler, or make more funds I will get models made with armor sets)
The story is not changing, except for a small bit at the end which needs to be changes to account for different player models.
Time line for this update isn’t clear yet. It won't be as long as earlier updates involving large game changing. When the change does come it will void saves, but I'm working on a debug system so you will be able to increase the speed at which you complete quest to help you get back to where you left off at.
