The method used to handle wild pitches has been updated. The new system more closely follows each pitcher's real-life wild pitch likelihood. In addition, the new method does not require calibration and automatically adapts to any season library.
Modified the "day view" of the schedule so that larger team logos are displayed.
Enjoy!

Version 7.0.5 Released
What's New In This Update?
Added a new tab to the Play Ball page that displays the current bullpen and bench for both teams. The tab is displayed next to the Matchup and Lineup tabs. This new tab shows which players are used and which are available, as well as details about the players such as their WAR and how tired each pitcher is.
Fixed two minor reporting bugs.
Fixed a bug with the algorithm that searches for player pictures. Player picture file names can now contain either the team name or the team three letter "tag". Either will work.
Fixed a formatting issue on the Playoffs page.
A more helpful error message is now displayed if a league's average file is empty during library calibration.

Version 7.0.2 Released
What's New In This Update?
Added a feature that makes it easier to configure and troubleshoot your player pictures. If you click on the player image on the Player Popup Dialog, a message box will appear showing you what player pictures the system is looking for. In addition, the player picture cache is cleared. This makes it easy to see what picture you need for that player, and where it should be stored on your disk. In addition, this removes the need to close and then open a library to force player pictures to reload. Click click on the image and the system will reload it.
Season totals are now included in boxscores. For example, "HR: T. Smith(2)[6]" means that Smith hit two HR in the game and has 6 for the season.
The current batting average and ERA are now included in boxscores shown during a game. These automatically update as the game is played.
Added "Auto Fill" to the Baseball Reference Import Dialog. This simplifies the 2018 library update process. See the video posted on Steam and Facebook for details.
Team logos are now included in the team drop down list located on the Manager Profiles Page.

Changed the color used to represent players that do not meet the minimum number of PA or BF. The previous color was too similar to the color used to represent a player that was used in the current game.

Modified the distribution of fly balls and line drives on doubles.
Several dropdown lists now have their contents sorted so it is easier to find what you are looking for.

2018 Season Library Will Be Posted Tomorrow (April 16th)
On April 16th the 2018 library will be available for Digital Diamond Baseball for free. You can install it from the Library Management page. The player stats will be current as of April 15. Once you install the library you can start to replay the season as it unfolds. Here are the steps you should follow to take full advantage of the 2018 library:
After you install the library on April 16th, replay all games on the schedule through April 15th. You can choose to manually manage as many teams as you like and/or fast play games.
Two weeks later (e.g., April 30th) you should download the latest stats from Baseball Reference by following the instructions in this video. Updating the stats will create or enable any players that played during the two week period, and disable any players that did not play during that period. Remember to backup your library before you update the stats in case you make a mistake.
Replay two more weeks on the schedule (e.g., through April 29th).
Repeat steps 2 & 3 for the rest of the season!
Keep in mind that as the season unfolds, you will always be replaying two weeks behind the real-life schedule. The process involves replaying two weeks of games, and then updating the library with the next two weeks of stats.
Have fun!
The 2017 Library Has Been Updated With Split Stats!
The 2017 library has been updated with lefty/righty splits. The updated library can be directly installed for free using the Install/Restore Remote Library button on the Library Management page.
NOTE: Installing a remote library replaces the currently installed library on your machine. This means that any games played will be lost when you reinstall a library.
