Lived in the late Cretaceous period (68-65 Ma) in North America. Body length up to 3 m, height about 1.7 m, weight about 70 kg. Its remains were found in the USA (Montana, Wyoming).
Stygimoloch lived in herds and foraged in forest areas. It was a bipedal herbivore - it had short forelegs and much longer hind legs and a long tail, held flush with the body when running.
The horns on its head were used for decoration and for fighting, but only between members of the herd. Like modern rams, deer, etc., male stygimolochs often fought head-to-head duels, either for a female or for leadership in the herd.
The males faced each other and, stretching their necks and bending their heads, charged at each other. However, they did not clash with their horns, but with their hard heads. The thick bones on top of the stygimoloch's head protected the brain.
In the game, they would be a great source of high-speed headbutts and bones.
Bones will be further used for crafting tools and weapons.
