Wendigo now starts with 10 health, 0 energy, and 0 stamina. His regeneration will bring these up to full amounts quickly but prevents monsters from attacking investigators in the first few seconds of the match.
Flashlights were not using enough battery to sap a Wraith. Previously a Flashlight MKII only needed 5% to sap a fully energized Wraith, now it'll use closer to 33%.
