Le Lac d'or Out now!
Le Lac d’or (The Golden Lake) is a 25 acre venue surrounded by woodland and nestled in the French countryside. This mature lake is an ideal holiday venue with three log cabins each with their own pegs accommodating up to 4 anglers for you to fish from.
The size of the fish that reside here is the most impressive feature with some huge specimens lurking beneath the surface waiting to be caught. The lake introduces Koi Carp to Euro Fishing for the first time as well as specimen sized Carp, Catfish, Tench, Bream and Roach.
Current lake records stand at 71lb 8oz for Carp, 15lb 2oz for Bream, 11lb 3oz for Tench and 4lb 1oz for Roach. Most impressive are the catfish with several breaking the 100lb barrier with the biggest currently being 126lbs 3oz.

Euro Fishing Update Out Now!
With this patch we are excited to be able to tell you we have moved the “Catch Shot” camera so the images of you holding your prize catch should now be full frame and away from your rods. We have added 9 new rigs in your tackle shop, the Krank (for gravel), Dark Matter (for silt) & and the Hinge Stiff (for weed) rigs from Korda. They are available in sizes 4, 6 and 8 and can be found in the Carp section of the Tackle Shop. In addition to this we have a new t-shirt available in the character creation from Cygnet Tackle. You will also notice new UI elements with the Main Menu bar being reworked and a DLC store tab being added to the game.
We have also made improvements to the water of the core lakes and have addressed the most commonly reported issue of the bait drifting so this should occur much less frequently now.

Hotfix Now Live
The hotfix to address the bug discovered in our patch at the beginning of the week is now live, it should download automatically but we recommend logging in and out of Steam to make sure it is there.
Manor Farm Lake Update Information
We are aware that our latest patch (released on Monday) has introduced a rare bug that can overwrite player profiles. We think that this is only affecting a small percentage of Steam profiles and are working on a fix for this as a matter of absolute urgency. We will bring you more information as soon as possible.

UPDATE: We now have a hotfix in testing for the profile overwrite bug that several of you have reported.
We have also identified a way to avoid this bug in the meantime. If you catch a fish in Freedom Fishing, please edit your tackle box before you exit the session. To do this, go to any of the teleport boards around each lake and make a small change to one of your tackle boxes (e.g. change a rod, bait, rig.) Click yes to save the changes. Once you have done this you can exit to the main menu and exit the game.

Manor Farm Lake Update
We recently became aware of an issue in which not all of the boss fish were present in our new venue, Manor Farm Lake. We have released an update that will rectify this issue.
In this update we have also included a few minor changes to the achievements so they should now unlock when you have met the criteria for them.

Manor Farm Lake Out Now!
Dovetail Games has revealed its ambitious Season Pass for Euro Fishing, which will take angling fans on a tour of the best fishing venues in Europe.
Following on from the cool counter-culture urban fishing of Euro Fishing’s Foundry Dock DLC, Dovetail Games will kick off its Season Pass with Manor Farm Lake. As the most famous day-ticket complex in the country, it’s a venue that every angling enthusiast knows well, and this officially licensed DLC release for Euro Fishing captures every last detail of the enormous 14-acre lake.
Manor Farm Lake is the first of four fishing venues released for Euro Fishing’s Season Pass.
“Foundry Dock was just the start of our Euro Fishing journey,” said Mark Greenway, Fishing Director at Dovetail Games, “Our Season Pass means there’s lots more fishing to look forward to and what better way to start than with Manor Farm Lake, one of the most iconic and loved fishing venues around? We’re not sure what the record is for the amount of fish in a video game is but our Season Pass shows that we’re serious about breaking it!”
Known for its big fish, Manor Farm Lake is home to over 700 carp, but that’s not all skilled anglers can catch. Manor Farm Lake also has roach, bream, tench, and catfish lurking beneath its surface, while there are 23 new boss fish to catch as well. The DLC also offers 10 new achievements for those who want to prove their angling skills to the world.
Launching today on PC and Xbox One and Thursday 7th September on PS4 Europe (PS4 USA TBC) the Euro Fishing Season Pass, which includes Manor Farm Lake and three further DLC releases between now and early 2018, is out now and costs £29.99. Manor Farm Lake is also available separately for £8.99.
Dovetail Games has also released two bundle options alongside its Season Pass. You can buy Foundry Dock and the Season Pass for £36.99 while Euro Fishing newcomers can buy Urban Edition, which contains the core game and Foundry Dock, along with the Season Pass for £44.99.

Euro Fishing patch out now!
We’re delighted to say that our latest patch for Euro Fishing is now live!
In this patch you will see some new additions to the Tackle Shop with 4 new baits, from Baitworks we have Royal Marine and Atlantic Heat and there is also TNT and Live Pro boilies from Hydra baits.
We have made big adjustments to the fish AI that will prevent fish taking the baits that are too big for them to bite and we have fixed the bait indicator jolting around when it lands in the water.
In addition to these fixes we have corrected a bug where a score wasn’t always being awarded when hitting a target in challenges and we have fixed a problem with navigating the leaderboards.
