The weekly challenge update has been released and is available to download!
Update v0.49a introduces some minor adjustments to the main quest in preparation for the big update scheduled for next week.
For this reason, in some rare situations when loading the game you could have troubles with the current objective of the main quest, which could make it necessary to re-complete the last goal or in some cases to start a new game.

Parkour
Slightly increased the speed of the wall-climb maneuver’s animation.
Slightly improved the fast-climb maneuver’s animation.
Parkour mosaics’ colors are now more vivid and visible.
Areas
Lighting optimization focused on increasing fps in certain areas.
Level Streaming optimization designed to slightly increase overall performances.
Increased activatable Mechanisms in Crossroads’ area.
Added flags and drapes across all areas.
Reorganized the location of certain enemies in Winter Sea area to make exploration more satisfying.
Anomalies
Fixed a bug that activated the Slingshot’s “pulling effect” out of place when interacting with other objects.
Fixed a bug that caused the Focus to automatically stop when pressing the anomaly button when no anomaly was aimed at.
Enemies
Fixed the golem's water footsteps sound effect.
Now, only the first golem fight triggers the voice's fight dialogue.
Golem's fight soundtrack system has been improved with a more complex pattern. Now the soundtrack is composed of: intro, central part and outro.
Tutorials
All tutorials are now hidden if the relative option is disabled.
Added tutorial for Navigation Compass and Main Objective.
Collectibles
Anomaly Artifacts can now be inspected.
Fixed a bug with the Skypieces’ reward count obtained by killing drones or completing sub-quests.
Challenges
Added weekly challenge!
Other
Fixed the death bug occurring when taking deadly damage during a dash maneuver.
Slightly reduced the high-speed motion blur effect.
Downward "The Climbing" Update v0.48

With this week's update climbing has been extended to all ledges in the game!
As requested by the community, this new approach gives even more room to creativity in the parkour, making also the whole system more forgiving.
Like every week we are releasing a new challenge, and we also moved to version 0.48!

Parkour
Extended parkour climb to all ledges.
Fixed a bug with "vertical wall run" maneuver animation.
Minor parkour bug fixes.
Areas
Reorganized specific areas in all maps to make gameplay experience more intuitive and fun.
Improved DOF effect in specific areas.
Improved post-processing effects in closed areas.
Improved lighting in several areas of the world.
Revised all vegetation materials, which now react better to light sources and have a more realistic feeling to them.
Streaming level system has been polished in Winter Sea and Crossroads areas.
Cactus have been re-texturized.
Anomalies
Double Jump:
Active color has been changed from light blue to a more noticeable one.
Added a sound effect when using a Double Jump anomaly.
Slingshot:
Anomaly color activation is now based on distance.
When near enough, the color of the slingshot anomaly will change from red to blue, indicating that it is in range for being targeted and hooked.
Now there are only two color states: red for not active/not in range and blue for active/in range.
Pressing the Focus button is no longer necessary in order to target and hook a slingshot anomaly.
As soon as a slingshot anomaly is aimed at, a projectile trail will be spawned.
Added a sound effect when a slingshot anomaly is hooked.
Added a cable component effect when a slingshot anomaly is hooked.
Fixed a bug with anomaly pulling stoppage due to solid objects, now any kind of movement will stop immediately.
Enemies
Golems:
New fight soundtrack from our awesome Composer!
Added three new fight patterns in golem's behaviour, all of which include the new attack type "spikes blast". This new attack comes in two variants:
Version one: faster attack with smaller AoE.
Version two: slower attack with larger AoE.
Now certain golems have multiple cores that power them.
Drones:
Fixed drones' draw distance.
Collectibles
Mechanisms' levers have been visually overhauled with a new kind of interaction and animation.
Mechanisms' gears have been enlarged and accurately placed to better fit with the environment.
Interactables
Most interactables (doors, buttons, levers, anomalies, collectibles) have now a bluish shade/color and are easier to spot.
Added a new particle on fountains and upgrade statues to make them more visible.
Main Quest
Planets' control machines are now unlocked when reaching "The Shrine".
Challenges
Added weekly challenge!
Minor parkour bug fixes in the other challenges.
Other
Fixed gears physics-simulation glitches that appeared when walking on them.
