Fixed several bugs and interactions in the Clockworks Discipline and its components

Major patch here, now that we have the demo out there a new discipline shall be released upon the world.

Clockwork Discipline
A new discipline of war was accepted after the Dr. Professor Scientist saw another dimension using clockwork artifacts in a way that did not seem impossible in the Professors own world.
Ghost Cannon - A ghost cannon that fires ALL projectiles in your weapon at lower damage
Stuck Pointer - A pointer projectile that gets stuck inside an enemy continuing its path after the enemy is destroyed
Pointer Spinner - A turret pointer that keeps spinning on the map adding a new blade each round
Rolipoli - A slow brass ball that likes wall.
Gear System - A totally unique modifier that keeps gearing up like the name implies and has 3 different variations available, depending in which order it is placed.
Balance
Lightning - All lightning modifiers and projectiles now have lightning bounce, chaining the lightning between targets
Bouncy Ball - Bouncy ball now scales with bounces
A lot of other small changes to drop rates.

Demo Release, Content Soon Increase
Finally we have our demo out, you can now test the game with two fine disciplines before deciding if you want to peruse deeper into the depths of science.
On to the content, the most interesting one. If all stars align as they seem to be aligning we are about to launch a new Discipline the Clockwork Discipline. Some of you may have played our new game Clockwork Survivors and will recognize some of the ideas. Everything is however tailor made to fit the world of the Professor Scientist.
As with all disciplines there is something unique about them and Clockwork might have the most different gameplay compared to all others available to them. At least the way how you approach the game. For example we have a 3 Fold component, a gear system that have different effects depending on how many of them you have in the weapon. They also start weak at the beginning of each round, gaining speed and more gears before being strong at the end of the round.

Professor Scientist has gained an interest in dimensions, now he has pierced the veil to the first one and you can gain access to new components in your next runs. New and interesting dimensions are upon the horizon as well ;)
Fire Modes
We have unlocked fire modes for your gain, to add a teensy bit more control during your run. Now you can change fire modes even during the wave phase and time your shots well.
Hell
- Hell Circle speed reduced drastically. Also now resets the speed when it exits the hell circle. The massive speedup made it almost impossible to win if you had knockback. - Hell Circle size up reduced.

Suprising Workweek Twist and Future of the Professor
This week has been a full on chaos at our small studio. For us it came out from nowhere an email dropped in my inbox stating Epic Store was letting in anyone to release their game in the same way steam was as of that moment. Cue us dropping everything we had going on to get both of our released games into an Epic ready state, luckily for us Epic on one week of hardcore working seems to be a functional and well put together environment to release games, so most things went down without a hassle.
Now the week is nearing its end(work wise, still a lot of fun time left) and we have successfully posted both games as under review. Fingers crossed they will be released in the near term.
The future of DPSWTF is something we have been talking quite a bit about internally. We love the game and feel it has so much more potential to be iterated on. Something we have not forget nor will forget, as a first released game does. A small update cleaning up things, some balance and with potentially a new type of enemy should hit the stores in the near future.
After that patch and the release of our other project Clockwork Survivors on android(also a pc game) will tell which direction our work will flow into.

Patience
Game is overall as fast as before, but to dedicated players the early game tempo will feel a bit slower. We have doubled the slot activation speed from 0.1 to 0.2 & Lowered the enemy amounts to match. The Doctor realized that in the end even though moving through hordes of enemies is satisfying, it is harder to analyze the results on the run. Now with fewer enemies and slower fire rates everything matches in better.
Now you can see the mayhem you cause and build it up to the crazy machines that you used to. And as some of you immediately think, yes this is a massive buff to the Rapid Fire component in the early game.
Quality of Life
A few big changes other than the core of the patch effects of better visibility to effects we have: - Autonuke If you would lose the game while having a nuke available it will nuke first, giving you another wave to work with. - Highlighted Triples You can now highlight three of the same component at the same tier, to see if they are ready for upgrading. Both as a clickable toggle and activated on the L button - Hell Circle Tooltips Now you you can see and read what the hell circles do when hovering over the skulls during gameplay. We may have had one one disabled on accident. So there is a new hell circle to play around with as well.
Spawn Changes
• Nestlings spawn later • Nestling spawn rate reduced • Nestling max speed reduced • Hoppers now come in later • Crabs now come in later • Some enemies are now mirrored to make the masses of enemies a bit more alive
Balance
• Split Missile drop rate adjusted • Split Missile damage upgraded • Split Missile added secret stat • Hellshard drop rate adjusted • Hellshard damage significantly lowered • Hellwave drop rate adjusted • Hellfire drop rate adjusted • Missile drop rate adjusted • Damage Per Speed drop rate adjusted • Damage Per Speed damage multiplier significantly increased • Bouncy castle added modifier • Bouncy castle can now drop on more rarities.
Bugfixes
• Split Missiles aren’t behind enemies and ground effects anymore • Bounce and Homing now work together • Minor tweaks to firing modes • A classic off by one error left one hell circle out from the game for quite a while, its back.
