Go to her, accept her repeatable quest and do what she wants from you to get 5 Shards of Winter from her which you can exchange with her for either an Ice Dragon Gear Bag or an Ice Dragon Weapon Bag. The Ice Dragon Gear Bag contains a random part of the Ice Dragon Gear for a random class. The Ice Dragon Weapon Bag contains an Ice Dragon Weapon for a random class.
The exchange costs:
Ice Dragon Gear Bag: 2 Shards of Winter + 20 Eternal Coins
Ice Dragon Weapon Bag: 3 Shards of Winter + 30 Eternal Coins
The repeatable quest she's giving you depends on your character level.

Since December 1st the NPCs at Port of the Winds have a small gift for you.
Everyday another NPC at PoW will have a Christmas Gift for you. Just go and grab it once per day for each character which is Level 40+. You will get one gift everyday until December, 25th.
X-Mas Event 2024
The X-Mas Event will bring you back the X-Mas Mission Map. The event lasts until January 2, 11:00 Server Time.
X-Mas Event Mission Map
The X-Mas Mission Map consist of Arcade (F1) Mode, Chaos (F2) Mode and two Scenario Modes (F5). The first Scenario Mode is for the initial questline and the second one is for the daily quest.

Main Questline
After completing 6 quests you will be able to run F5 Scenario Mode daily to obtain 1 Big IM Consumables Box and one collectable X-Mas item which can be exchanged for a X-Mas Costume Box.
The 12 Quests of Christmas
Beginning with December, 14th you will get a new quest of the quest collection "The 12 Quests of Christmas" daily until December, 25th. The "job" for each of these quests is all around the X-Mas Event Mission Map. The quests can be done until December 26, 23:59 Server Time. Every quest gives you 1 Big IM Consumables Box and one collectable X-Mas item which can be exchanged for a winter themed car mount (Winter Rover) or a winter themed sheep mount (Frosty Flix). Also you will get a brand new X-Mas achievement.
Please notice that the car/sheep is neither tradable/sellable nor account vaultable.
Drop Event
Collect Santa Christmas Boxes (2022) which need to be opened with Santa Key (2022). The key can be obtained by exchanging it for Burned Cookies(see below).

- A Santa Feilon or Santa Griffon Mount for 20 Burned Cookies each
- A Santa Dark Flip Mount for 25 Burned Cookies.
- One Big IM Consumables Box for 30 Burned Cookies.
- One X-Mas Costume Box containing a random part of the Gallant X-Mas Event Outfit
The drop event runs until December 31, 23:59 Server Time
Please notice that all collectable items are neither tradable/sellable nor account vaultable.
Drops are only given at the following locations:
- in all Mission Map starting from Mirinae Sanctuary (Arcade Mode and Chaos Mode)
- in Drakos Tower and VanCliff (Regular and Expert Mode)
- in the following Dungeons: Underground Graveyard (Lv. 30 & Lv. 35), Magma Dungeon, Akia Cave, Verdurous Forest, Kundara Dungeon, Red Fox Delta, Specter's Tower (Regular and Expert Mode)
- Dungeon of Destiny
- The event mission does not drop the Burned Cookies or the Santa Christmas Box.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug that in some specific situations Monsters spawned by other Monsters (for example Rivous inside Verdurous Forest) have the wrong level when playing in a scaled party.

Bug Fixes and Changes
- Fixed a bug that caused the Wood Rush skill (and possibly other similar skills) to not recognize monsters and fail doing damage to them when being in a scaled party.
- Changed the Achievement Noob Helper to be working with scaled parties. The counter is increased when a scaled player is doing mission map runs together with unscaled players. Additionally we added the Achivements Noob Helper 1000 and Noob Helper 2500 where you have to run 1000 resp. 2500 missions as scaled player.

Thanksgiving Event 2024
Thanksgiving is near and it’s time starting to get yourself some chic clothing and prepare some food.
Kill monsters to have a chance to get a Thanksgiving Food Box dropped.
The monsters at the following locations have a chance to drop the box when they're slayed:
- in all Mission Map starting from Mirinae Sanctuary (Arcade Mode and Chaos Mode)
- in Drakos Tower and VanCliff (Regular and Expert Modes)
- in the following Dungeons: Underground Graveyard (Lv. 30 & Lv. 35), Akia Cave, Magma Dungeon, Verdurous Forest, Kundara Dungeon, Red Fox Delta, Specter's Tower (Regular and Expert Modes),
Neve's Ice Dungeon
- Dungeon of Destiny
The box does not not only contain food but also the chance to get a Thanksgiving Surprise Box which contains a lot useful stuff. It can be opened by using a Tur-Key which can be obtained from the the Food Box as well if you are lucky.

Graphics Update: More Lighting Rework
And once again our Map Maker provided us with more of his pretty lighting reworks for another 2 mission map areas: Pine Cone Hills and God's Sanctuary. Take a look at these mission maps to see how pretty they now look!
QoL Update: Flashing Button Options
On Community Wish we have added new options how the Flashing Buttons (Market and PvP) behave. At the Misc Options tab you will find these new options:
For the Market Button you can choose if it shall always flash (when you sold something), if the flashing shall be disabled when you're running a Mission Map or Dungeon or if it should never flash.
Changes to this settings are effective after a map change, channel change, character change or re-login.
For the PvP Button Flash (which appears when Battlesquare starts) you can only decide if you want to see the flash (Always) or if the flash should be disabled (Never). The PvP button flash does not appear when you are running Mission Maps/Dungeons by design, also the PvP flash is only triggered when you hear the BSQ notification. It does not start to flash later which means, if you are currently in a mission map or dungeon when you hear the BSQ notification, the button will not flash when you leave the map. Also it's not possible to disable the flash effect when it's currently flashing. The setting will become effective for the next BSQ notification.
