Patch 1.08 now live!
[p]The optional 1.08 version is now bumbed up as the default version! The main additions are the fan translations to French and Spanish (LATAM / MX) and the option to buy alchemy ingredients from the Pharmacy. Full changelog below.[/p][p][/p][p]IMPORTANT![/p][p]Save games from the previous 1.07 version are not compatible with the current version![/p][p][/p][p]If you want to keep using your old save files, here's how to switch back to the previous version:[/p][p][/p][p]HOW TO SWITCH BACK TO PREVIOUS 1.07 VERSION:[/p]
  1. [p]In the Steam library, right-click Dreams in the Witch House.[/p]
  2. [p]Select "Properties..."[/p]
  3. [p]Select "Betas"[/p]
  4. [p]Select "previous - Version 1.07" from the Beta Participation drop-down menu[/p]
[p]That's it! The old version should start to download immediately.[/p][p][/p][p]VERSION 1.08 CHANGELOG:[/p]
  • [p]Added translations to French and Spanish (LATAM/MX)[/p]
  • [p]Walter can buy alchemy ingredients from the Pharmacy, if the alchemy skill is unlocked[/p]
  • [p]Special collection access can be gained from Armitage, if Walter has shown him enough occult evidence[/p]
  • [p]Removed empty city events[/p]
  • [p]Better randomization of the city events[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a bug concerning "Anthropogenesis" and "Cosmogenesis" books[/p]
  • [p]Edited Walter's comments about covering the rat hole to make them more logical[/p]

NEW GAME ANNOUNCEMENT!
Fantastic news! I've received a grant from the Finnish Cultural Foundation for a new adventure game! I'll be working the whole year full-time on the new project, which is literally a dream come true.

The game is... drum roll... The Dunwich Horror, of course!



I'm just starting the development, and it's going to take a while. Much is still uncertain, but this I know: DITWH and Dunwich will make an awesome pair!

I'm really thankful for Finnish Cultural Foundation. This wouldn't be possible without their support.
