The French and Spanish (LATAM/MX) fan translations are ready and available!
Because the new 1.08 version will unfortunately break the save game compatibility, I'm going to release it first as an optional beta version.
HOW TO ENABLE THE 1.08 VERSION:
In the Steam library, right-click Dreams in the Witch House.
Select "Properties..."
Select "Betas"
Select "beta - Version 1.08" from the Beta Participation drop-down menu
That's it! The new version should start to download immediately.
Version 1.08 Changelog:
Added translations to French and Spanish (LATAM/MX)
Walter can buy alchemy ingredients from the Pharmacy, if the alchemy skill is unlocked
Special collection access can be gained from Armitage, if Walter has shown him enough occult evidence
Removed empty city events
Better randomization of the city events
Fixed a bug concerning "Anthropogenesis" and "Cosmogenesis" books
Edited Walter's comments about covering the rat hole to make them more logical
Minor fixes to library index cards
Minor typo & grammar fixes
If you have any questions or spot any mistakes or bugs, please let me know.
And a huge thanks to Ténébreux & Ghylard for the French version, and Alejandra for the Spanish version!
Happy Holidays!

Nominate Dreams in the Witch House for the MOST INNOVATIVE GAMEPLAY award!
Nominations for Steam Awards 2023 have started! If you have enjoyed playing Dreams in the Witch House, please consider voting for it for the "Most Innovative Gameplay" category.
Or if you don't agree, you could vote for "Best Soundtrack" (Troy's beautiful score is a major part of the atmosphere). Or perhaps even "Best Game You Suck At" if you had a hard time in Arkham.
I know that this weird little game doesn't have much of a chance against the giant AAA-mammoths, but no harm trying, right? Perhaps we can boost the visibility of the game, and introduce new players to it.
This has been a very special year for me. Dreams in the Witch House was my passion project and releasing it was a major achievement for me. But the work hasn't ended yet. The new patch with the French and Spanish fan translations is finally nearing completion. This version also fixes several bugs that you have reported and adds a new feature that several people have requested. So Thank You for your help making Dreams in the Witch House even better!
